Ich bin eigentlich begeistert von Blaux Bidet. Doch nun funktioniert er nach 1 Monat Gebrauch nicht mehr recht, kaum mehr Druck beim Wasserstrahl. In Kontakt zu kommen mit dem Versender funktioniert meistens nicht auf der Website und seit einem Monat wird mir mehrmals versprochen, dass ich angerufen werde und nichts passiert. Ein miserabler Service, für ein tolles Gerät.
Schade...nicht zu empfehlen.

I have been trying to return my three bidets, and like everyone else they refuse to respond to your email, other than to say sorry, we will be sending your order soon. I've already sent seven emails and to no avail! Have a dispute started with my credit ard company wish me luck

Am 12.11. Ware bestellt, Trackingnummer erhalten ...... diese blieb tagelang ohne Veränderung. Am 21.11. Widerruf per Mail versendet ..... nichts passiert. Nach weiteren 8/9 Tagen kam die Ware mit einer Einfuhrabgabe von 9,88€, da die Ware aus Asien oder USA kam - das wird bei Bestellung nicht kommuniziert. Eine Woche später fragte der Shop bezüglich meines Widerrufs nach, ob jetzt alles in Ordnung sei.
Der Artikel ist - naja, in Ordnung.
Da der Service katastrophal ist (die Käufer werden über Zollabgaben im dunkel gehalten) und auf Probleme nicht reagiert wird, werde ich aber nie wieder hier einkaufen.

Ich wollte stornieren am selben Tag, keinerlei Möglichkeit, nur Mails, die nichts mit der Sache zu tun haben, das Formular für den Kundenservice ist nicht zu verwenden. Am 29.12. bestellt hab keine Ahnung ob was kommt? Sehr unseriös, aber dauernd Werbung....
In 2 Wochen werde ich Paypal einschalten

I purchased 2 of the portable bidets from Blaux. After receiving them I realized they were not for me and immediately requested a return authorization. They keep sending an automated reply stating if there is a delivery issue or something along those lines to be patient...if it's about another matter I need to reply or they will close the ticket. I reply and get the same letter back. This happened three or four times so I decided I would wait till after Christmas to reply hoping the would take the automated reply off. After Christmas, before I contacted them, they sent me a closed file letter. I wrote back again stating I wanted a return authorization. To date nothing from them. Guess I will have to call my credit card company and contest payment. What a terrible way to do business. Don't buy from them!

Sehr schlechte Service.
Ich wollte meine Ware zurücksenden.

Mit dem Rückantwort wird die Zeit extra rausgezögert,das es nicht mehr möglich ist die Ware zurück zu senden.
Auf konkrete Nachfrage wird nur Bla,Bla,Bla geantwortet.
Nie mehr wieder bestelle ich etwas von da!

Vorsicht Falle !
Wenn der Heizlüfter im Video mit 85% Heizkostenersparnis angepriesen wird, so ist das schlichtweg falsch!! Das ist technisch unmöglich!
Also Finger weg von diesen unseriösen Produkten und erliegen sie nicht dem Schwindel von Blaux!

I ordered a product a month ago and I finally decided to reach out to them. Asked "Where's my order?" I did receive an automated response,"Its on its way." I feel I have been more than patient waiting. China delivers in half the time. I wish I knew about all the overwhelming NEGATIVE reviews before I purchased. BTW here is my ref# 2220025038 not that it makes a difference. Avoid buying!!!!

Anhand einer "Tracking Nr." war angeblich ein Paket zu verfolgen. 2 Umwege über London später erfolgte dann angeblich die Zustellung am 03.12 um 23.20 Uhr. Adresse war eine Packstation. Keine Info von DHL über eine Einlieferung. Auch vorher schon keine Nachricht, dass ein Paket unterwegs ist.
Der Kundenservice vertröstet nur und fragt nach ein paar Tagen, ob ich das Problem inzwischen gelöst habe. ICH!
Ich werde jetzt über Paypal das Geld zurückfordern und die Bestellung stornieren.

After 8 emails requesting a return label and/or instructions to return an unused, unopened product, they continue to apologize but no information on returning procedure.

They would not respond to my request to return item I bought. I had to open a dispute on Paypal. I will never buy from them again.

Horrible customer service. I bought the product and they sent me a text message saying the order hadn't been placed, so I ordered it again and quickly realized I had ordered it twice. I contacted customer service within an hour, but the only way to do that is to submit an email form. I get emails saying they'd received my form and were sorry for being so slow, and then they cancel my case because I didn't respond to some email that I never received. I reopened the case, but got no response. Meantime, the second product arrives without any sort of receipt or invoice, so I have no return form and no return address. I learn, of course, that in order to return it I must submit another email contact form, and I can only return an order within 30 days of making it. Clearly I'm being strung along until the 30 days have passed.

Sehr lange Lieferzeit kommt aus Asien. !!!!!!!!

Reagiert auf keine Mail, erst nachdem ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe kommt Schwung in die Sache.

Es wird dann noch Zoll fällig !!!!!!!!! dieser muss bei DHL Bezahlt werden.

I was not able to open this product, and I immediately contacted them by email, and told them that I would be returning it. They told me that they would be contacting me soon to give me a return ticket. I haven’t heard from them since. And now I’ve read all the bad reviews!!! I’m going to try and get my money back via my credit card.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The absolute worst customer support ever. They sent me a defective product that won't charge. It worked fine for a couple of months until the battery went dead. I have filed at least a half dozen support requests. Every time, they close the request as resolved when they haven't even attempted to solve my issue. I have a 2 year warranty which is completely useless. I've called and emailed many times and they just ignore my request. Horrible, horrible, don't buy anything from this company

Nach 6 Wochen ist das BLAUX endlich angekommen - doch ich musste vorgängig ein E-Mail der Post beantworten und dann dem Zustellungsbeamten der Post noch zusätzlich Bar Fr. 28.50 für den Zoll bezahlen. Dies wurde nirgendwo erwähnt.Das Produkt selber ist sehr gut.

Very bad. They do not reply to your emails nor they answer their phone line. They do not call you back. They will not cancel your order even if you request cancellation right away on same day. I found this out now. There are very bad reviews for them in BBB website. I did not know company name before I ordered. So I also got cheated. The company has refunded me and replied to my emails. So it is okay now.

Meine Bestellung von vor 5 Wochen ist bis jetut nicht angekommen, wurde aber direkt vom Konto abgebucht, 122 €.

Seit 24.10.22 habe ich einen Schriftwechsel mit dieser Firma.
Da seltsamerweise bei meiner Bestellung die Anschrift meines Sohnes (hab ich nicht im Kopf und habe ich auch nicht eingetragen) in der Bestätigungs-Mail stand.
Trotz Angabe meiner Adresse bekam ich immer wieder englische Mails, die mich auf forderten mein Problem zu lösen. Dann bat ich darum, es einfach meinem Sohn zuzusenden, nichts zu ändern, aber auch da kamen nur seltsame englische Antworten per Mail. Dann hörte ich eine paar Tage nichts und schrieb dann das ich mein Geld zurück haben möchte. Dann kam prompt eine Mail, ob ich mein Problem gelöst hätte.
Also, ich bin von dieser Firma sehr enttäuscht und von der Art der Kundenbetreuung.
Schön, das hier auch mal jemand was positives über die Firma geschrieben hat, aber vermutlich ein sehr seltener Fall. Ich finde auch, jeder hat noch eine Chance verdient, aber man sollte sie auch nutzen.

Die 3x Blaux Portable Bidet brauchten mehrere Wochen aus China. Es dauerte mir zu lange und ich wollte vor der Ankunft stornieren. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erhielt ich eine Antwort per Email, dass es für eine Stornierung zu spät sei und sie mir stattdessen einen Gutschein über 50% bei einem ihrer Shops zusenden würden. Denn Gutschein habe ich nie erhalten!
Mit der Funktionsweise des Blaux Portable Bidet bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Ein Tag nach Ankunft der drei Geräte wollte ich von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen und habe insgesamt 4 mal (in einem Zeitraum von 2 Wochen) per angegebenem Kontaktformular die Firma kontaktiert um 2 der 3 Geräte zurückzusenden (eins hatte ich bereits getestet) – bis Heute ohne Antwort.
