I purchased Blaux Room Ionizers. I liked them but when I attempted to purchase replacement filters it was not so easy. The company gave me a web site that I indeed went to. Problem is their site stinks. The price they give you is not what they try to charge you. I made several attempts with customer service to get problem fixed. I even sent them a picture of the problem. Never got fixed. Now I have no filters and can no longer used the ionizers. Biggest waste of money. Do not purchase from them.

Habe leider die Bewertungen zu spät gelesen. Kann alles bestätigen: angebl. Lieferung über Tracking konnte nach Aufschlüsselung der Details widerlegt werden. Ware war zurückgegangen. Seitdem zig Emails mit der Bitte um neuliche Lieferung, die nicht mehr beantwortet werden. Bestätigt werden kann auch, dass Zusatzkosten bei der Bestellung erscheinen -allerdings erst, wenn die Paypal-Zahlung aktiviert wird. Ist alles sehr unseriös, so dass man nur davon abraten kann !!!

Received a pair of these for an early Christmas present. Sounded good when I received them (so I wrote a positive review) but realized the next day that one earbud wouldn't charge (even after multiple attempts). Contacted their customer service, via website, and was emailed a form to complete and submit so that they could work on my ticket/issue. The form was defective and wouldn't allow me to complete it. I emailed customer service and reported it. They responded that they were working on my ticket and would make it a priority. That was almost 3 months ago and not only is my issue not resolved but they won't even respond to my inquiries. What a sc!

Received order for 4 heaters but they are no way as efficient as described. It's like a slight draft of warm air in no way enough to heat a room. Tried to return and they just want to help you work them. Eventually agreed to refund but provide a postbox number which delivery companies will not accept. Several emails later still no response. Wish I'd read the feed back before ordering. BE WARNED!

- I ordered 2 x Blaux personal bidets on 24 January and one month later have not received them. The tracking (number LS566448243NL) has not moved, with the last entry being 26 January. Can you advise its current status please. The order number is 2320324777.

The response to this was to keep checking the tracking. I have been doing this for over one month now and the information remains the same. Can you please give me a receipt date for my product. The information supplied by Blaux is of no use at all, as it is what I have been doing constantly. If this lack of response continues, I shall ask for my money to be refunded and change to another product which I may receive in a timely manner.

I placed an order almost a month ago and the only thing I have received is an email confirmation. I have not received a tracking number nor have I received the product. Looking at the BBB site apparently this company has a huge number of complaints against it. I should have checked here before spending $200 that I may never see either the money or the product.

Das Gerät nach 10 min kaputt! Aber ohne anspruchsvollen Gebrauch! Der service auch derselbe Schrott! Meldet sich niemand auf emails! NICHT KAUFEN!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ordered a portable bidet and we received one as a Christmas gift. As their website stated, they accepted returns. I have been trying for two months to get the mailing address to return the bidet (as I don't need two) and get a refund and I keep getting the runaround or NO answer at all.

Nie wieder!!
Am 25.01.23 bekam ich Bescheid, daß meine Zahlung für den Artikel Blaux Heater 450W einging. Habe sofort mein Gerät geliefert bekommen. Da die Leistung jedoch nicht meinen Erwartungen bzw. den Versprechungen entsprach, wurde sofort widerrufen. Das Kontaktformular scheint ein Vrzögerungsformular zu sein. Habe keinerlei Antwort erhalten.
Ergänzung:
Immer wieder habe ich um eine Adresse gebeten, wohin ich das nicht gewünschte Gerät zurück schicken kann. Immer wieder bekam ich Dankes Schreiben von der Firma und ein Angebot auf 30% Nachlass.
Endlich am 19.April erhielt ich eine Adresse, Customer Service GPC in den Niederlanden.
Habe die Ware dort hin geschickt (17,99€), wurde dort aber nicht angenommen. Für die Retoure nochmals 10€ bezahlt. Am 13. Mai habe ich die Firma nochmals angeschrieben und und mitgeteilt, daß ich eine Retoure bekam und um Rückerstattung gebeten. Bisher keinerlei Reaktion.
Warnung!!!
Auf diese Firma sollte sich niemand einlassen.

Erneut, bereits zum 6. Mal habe ich über das Kontaktformular meine Anfrage bzgl. Rücksendung mit Bestellnummer, wie in der Antwort hier von Blaux gewunschen, gesendet. Keine Reaktion von Blaux.
Ich kann mich nur wiederholen: NIE WIEDER.
Heute 10.02. habe ich die 2. Standartantwort bekommen. Meine Bestellummer haben Sie 7x erhalten.

BUYER BEWARE:
On Jan. 5, I received 3 items as ordered on 12/29. Two were inoperable. I also ordered the Lifetime Warranty which you’d think would help. Although I have attempted to contact Blaux countless times, the response I get doesn’t help. If I call, the message tells me that I will be contacted via the email I must leave in a voice mail. Never have I been contacted.
I tried to get some satisfaction by going through PayPal to no avail.
This is very frustrating and irritating. A company should stand by their product and live up to their word. I’d like to return - at the company’s shipping expense - the 2 units which arrived DOA, and be reimbursed for the shipping I paid.
Next time I’ll take my friend’s advice & go through a business which is known & has a good history & reputation. I had no idea I was dealing with a company with poor business practices.

If I could give it a minus 5 stars I would. I ordered a bidet from them back in November for a Christmas present. They took my money but I never got the product. I have requested MANY times for them to cancel my order and give me back my money but they won't do it. They just keep diverting my request trying to get me to buy more from them. DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM --- THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM !!

Still zero realistic response. Was told it might be the BLX contacts and given some ‘hints’ to fix them but these earbuds are faulty and this company does not take responsibility for their mistakes. AVOID BLX EARBUDS. AVOID BLAUX.

Ein Teil ausgepackt und getestet. Die Idee ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht. Der Wassertank ist zu klein. Mehrfach um Information gebeten, wie ich das unverpackte Teil zurücksenden kann! Keinerlei Reaktion!!! Ich werde mich an die Verbraucherzentrale wenden. Das ist kein Geschäftsgebaren. Hier geht es um vollmundige Versprechen, die nicht eingehalten werden. Ich kann jedem nur raten, die Finger von diesem Produkt zu lassen. NIE WIEDER!!

I ordered the air purifiers from them and when received one didn't work, Sent them emails requesting help and received no replies. Called and left info but no response. Definitely do not do business with them.

We bought two Blaux portable heaters. They don’t work. They are useless. We are trying hard to contact. The office is closed on a Tuesday (working day) at 12noon. We just want to return and get our money back. We don’t know where to send it back.

I ordered wo of the mini heaters.. but then cancelled this order within minutes. Trying to contact them to refund my monies was impossible. They fob you off with "We're checking this for you, as a priority"... my a*se! They play the delay tactics hoping you will go away.... I had to reverse address investigate (contacted the courier company who sent me the heaters), so i could get their address to return them, and even threatening them with a courts claim does not stir them, as they are out and out cowboys.. THIS IS A SCAM place... do not buy anything from them.
