Good products, great price, promptly delivered.
This is the second time we have purchased from Bitstraps. The first was almost a year ago - prompt delivery of a quality product which still looks as new. This time, a complete re-run - nice product (for my Wife's new Fitbit...) delivered promptly (and at good price).

I ordered S, but then realised on the Versa2 box it said large, anyway when the straps came they were the same size as the one on my watch!!!

Good service and a nice range of…
Good service and a nice range of replacement Fitbit straps at reasonable prices. Just ordered two for my Charge 4; a solid blue one that I really like and a "white" sporty type that was more off white and didn't look very nice when fitted. Nothing wrong with it but just not for me.

The fitbit strap was exactly what I'd ordered(colour,model and sizing)and took under a week to arrive.
It was securely packaged/protected and fitted through the letterbox easily.
The price point from what I had researched was the cheapest from a reputable company(double the price direct.)

Sorry to hear you haven't received your order! I'm afraid since we ship via standard postage we don't have detailed tracking on our orders.
The Royal Mail in my area has been understaffed lately so there has been some delays with orders being dispatched.
I've sent an email to you regarding us sending a replacement out or a full refund.

Really like the strap I bought
Really like the strap I bought. Good service via the website and arrived within a week. Only been wearing it a couple of weeks so don't know how durable it is yet.
