I continue to be frustrated with HUAWEI ultimate data updates to Strava. There appears to be growing discontent and criticism of HUAWEI.
There has always been a slight discrepancies of about 1-2% which I’m happy to work with, but lately it has become unmanageable and inconsistent.
For examples... I have today completed a 5k park run my wife garmin recorded 5.05, Strava 5.04. My HUAWEI intimate recorded 5.14km but it uploaded to Strava 4.93. And last week I did a half marathon and additional 300m to make sure I recorded a half marathon (HUAWEI 21.4km) but upload to Strava was only 20.56km... you can imagine I'm not happy...
I love the HUAWEI ultimate but I'm not going to continue with the distance and pace uncertainty when I run. And unless there is a conscious effort to fix this software integration issue, I'm going to get a Garmin Fenix.

I brought a GT5 pro and I can’t get new apps on app gallery all I have got are 10 apps or so gaming mainly , can’t update or get Spotify or down load music , can’t get NFC payments either very poor I think

Realicé un pedido el 19 de diciembre el 29 llamo y me dicen que van a elevar la reclamación a un departamento superior. Vuelvo a llamar el 5 de enero y me dicen que abrieron una investigación, que consiste en preguntar a Seur por el paquete, y que no han respondido que tienen 10 días laborables para responder. En definitiva casi un mes y nadie sabe nada del paquete, eso sí, el dinero no lo sueltan hasta que me llegue el paquete aunque sea un mes después o que Seur les diga que ha perdido el paquete.
Cuando hablas con operadores te dicen con muy buenas palabras que no se puede hacer nada y que esperes a ver si llega el pedido o Seur les quiere responder.
Total fallo mío por confiar en Huawei existiendo Amazon y Samsung

Η πιο δυσάρεστη εμπειρία από εταιρεία, πλήρωσα του κόσμου τα λεφτά για το κινητό huawei mate 20late,σε τεχνικούς γιατι μου χάλαγε μια το ένα μια το άλλο, σίγουρα αν συγκέντρωνεατα λεφτά που έδωσα για επισκευές θα έπαιρνα ένα I phone😂😂😂😂ντροπή σας!!!! ΜΟΛΙΣ επικοινώνησα με την εταιρεία μου είπαν ότι μεριμνουν για το πρόβλημα μου, ωστόσο είδα αδιαφορία!!! Αφήστε που έβαλα 3φορες κάρτες μνήμης κ το κινητό μου της έβγαζε άχρηστες κ δεν βρίσκεις σε κανένα κατάστημα ανταλλακτικά η προϊόντα συμβατά με huawei, το πρόβλημα φτιάχτηκε χάρη στον τεχνικό της vodafone, το οποίο πρόβλημα ήταν τόσο απλο απλά ήταν ανίκανοι να μου απαντήσουν!!!!!! Ντροπή σας ξανά!!!! Με άλλα λόγια η πιο ποτάπη εταιρεία του πλανήτη!!!! Μην προτιμάτε κινητά ή προϊόντα της huawei γιατί με τα χρήματα που θα δώσετε στους τεχνικούς περνετε ολοκαίνουριο I phone!!! 😂😂😂😂😂

Ich habe eine Uhr bestellt; sie kam beschädigt bzw. defekt an. Ich wollte das Produkt umtauschen und die Uhr zurückschicken bzw. neu bestellen. Jedes Mal, wenn ich die Rückgabe veranlassen wollte, wurde diese vom Mitarbeiter/der Mitarbeiterin storniert. Telefonisch waren die Mitarbeiter respektlos; sie versprachen zum Beispiel, zurückzurufen, was nicht geschah. Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, bei Huawei zu bestellen.

Muy difícil comunicar con personas competentes en soporte técnico, que sea por chat, mail o teléfono. Me han engañado en tema de compatibilidad de un dispositivo con un iPhone. Tuvo qué cambiar por Android y no fui preparado para esto. Anciano aficionado de relojes huawei, ahora me lo pensaré antes de volver a comprar

I hope you are well.

I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with my Huawei Band 6. I purchased it in July 2022, and while I understand it’s been two years, I genuinely expected a much longer lifespan for a product from a trusted brand like Huawei.

Just today, the screen suddenly turned completely white—no display, no response, just a blank white screen. It happened out of nowhere and without any physical damage or water exposure.

Frankly, I’m frustrated. I invested in this watch because of the brand’s reputation for quality and durability. I’ve taken good care of it, so for it to suddenly fail like this is very disappointing. A smartwatch should last longer than two years with proper use, and this situation feels like premature failure.

What could have caused this issue? Is this a known problem? I’m hoping there’s a solution or support available, whether a repair option or a replacement program, as this isn’t what I expected from a Huawei product.

I've ordered Huawei watch D2 and on their website says 2 days delivery time and now it's a week and I didn't received any tracking number or any info when they will dispatch, I've contacted Huawei by phone 2 days ago and they told me that they will contact me but no one contacted me and today all day I've tried to call but no one answered the phone . The online chat is useless it's ai and no help at all.

Huawei Watch Ultimate broke down on the 3rd dive, at less than 20m depth. No response from Huawei regarding the warranty, no clear form on the website, app not available. Very disappointed. If customer service matters to you, stay away.

Estoy en contacto con el soporte técnico de Huawei y de momento no me han apoyado en la consulta realizada y el problema que le he reseñado (con las bornas del inversor: sobrecalentamiento y peligro de incendio). Me han respondido rápido la primera vez, pero no me han dado ninguna solución o apoyo al problema que le había comentado, lo que me han escrito no estaba relacionado con mi consulta. Le he contestado y explicado de nuevo con videos la problemática, pero ya no dan señales de vida. No tienen mucha competencia técnica, ni de responsabilidad y pienso no me van a ayudar. Espero equivocarme y modificar la reseña en positivo.

I purchased a Huawei GT5 PRO some 17 days ago. So far I have emailed the customer service twice with no response as there is a fault with the heart rate sensor. No response
Also I can't find a helpful manual book anywhere online only a quick start guide.
I want to return it and be refunded again NO REPLIES what do I do now. I want a refund. Don't waste your time or money I just hope someone from the company sees this and refunds me asap

Terrible customer service. Replies in 5-7 days. Incorrect informations. Shipping email came 2 hours before email that it was delivered, but guess it wasn't delivered at all. It is missing and tracking number says delivered.

Horrible el servicio postventa! No le recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo que se compre un producto de Huawei! Son problemas asegurados si te surge cualquier problema! Y un servicio telefónico inexistente!

The product might be good but after care is pathetic.

No funcionan aplicaciones básica, hay que hacer mil malabares para que medio vayan, el servício post venta es garrafal, hacen y si en lo que les da la gana y da igual lo que digas que tiene ellos dicen que no tiene nad y te tienes que quedar con el móvil hecho un cristo, el móvil se me clienta, la pantalla responde cuando le da l gn pero como ellos dicen que Va bien me tengo que quedar con esa contestación y no hacen nada más. Me gustó 1000 € en un móvil y es un dinero tirado a la basura, muy arrepentida, l ultim vez que compro un marca que no responda, encima me devolvieron la pantalla rayada y dicen que he sido yo que lo mandé así, ( el móvil tiene 6 meses) no caigáis en la trampa, comprar un iPhone que nunca os V a defraudar. Ni en postventa ni en servicios. Huawei me ha engañado, encima no tienen servicio de reparación en ninguna parte SOLO EN MÁLAGA. TODO UNA VERGÜENZA, PODRÍA SEGUIR....

Comento mi experiencia para informar a los consumidores sobre Huawei.
Compro el smartwatch Huawei watch D2, y al cabo de varios días, la pantalla Comienza a parpadear y a ponerse amarilla, sin que el reloj responda a ninguna operación.
Consigo restablecerlo a valores de fábrica, y al cabo de varios días ocurre lo mismo.
Contacto con Huawei, y me dicen que les envie el dispositivo para analizarlo. Al cabo de unos días me mandan otro reloj, que a los pocos días le ocurre lo mismo.
Vuelvo a contactar con Huawei bastante veces, y no me responden, teniendo que desistir de comunicarme con ellos.
En resumen, el smartwatch Huawei watch D2 sospecho que tiene un problema de fábrica, y la actuación de Huawei, no me parece la forma de proceder de una empresa seria.
Espero que mi experiencia sea de utilidad para los consumidores.

During our CEO’s visit to the Huawei Authorized Experience Store (City Center Deira), an employee, Mr. Tammer, Posted a Google review as part of the Android Auto setup process. However, after verifying with Huawei, we confirmed that no such requirement exists from Google or Android Auto.

Despite this, a review was posted without consent, which is misleading and unethical. Customer reviews should always be genuine and voluntary, not influenced or forced. Such practices harm customer trust and misrepresent business credibility.

We expect Huawei and the store management to take action against such deceptive practices to maintain transparency and integrity in customer service.

Don´t buy.... Huawei Watch GT 4 Pro nach 4 Monaten teildefekt. Die Sensoren arbeiten ungenau, die Herzfrequenz wird z.Bsp. unter 5 Grad Aussentemperatur NIE richtig angezeigt. Entweder beim start ständig 170-180 oder ständig 90-100, quasi kein Kontakt. Die Earbuds über Bluetooth verbunden haben alle Aussetzer, LG, Galaxy Buds etc. Bis zur GPS Verbindung dauert es 2 Minuten, da kannst du dich erst mal aufwärmen hahaha. NIE WIEDER

I had a handset, which l really liked until it was accidentally partially dipped in water and the screen gone black. I paid for a new screen and replacement, but the phone never worked correctly. Now l have notification that my Huawei cloud will not be supported, tried to log in.. (only phone number is old), couldn't log in! That was like 9 years ago!!! SAD...but what can you do? Bad service. Phone was really good, l liked it, but company is crap.
