Service Quality is Poor
Biomesight informed me they haven't received my sample even though I posted it on the same day I received the sample kit. I registered the sample on Biomesight website and posted it in a Royal Mail Priority mailbox five weeks ago. I asked Biomesight what I can do now. It's a week now I am yet to receive a response. I want a full refund.

Dear Berlin, I'm really sorry for the poor experience you've had with us! This is really not how we treat our customers and something went very wrong here. I did some investigations and I was able to find the email that we sent to you after we hadn't received your sample a few weeks after you registered the kit. However, I cannot find the reply from you! I checked our chat as well as email and also both spam folders and found nothing. I will issue your refund now and I will also send you a replacement kit! I am really extremely sorry for what happened here. Please in future, reach out again in case it's some sort of technology failure. Perhaps the reply is stuck in your outbox? We definitely do not ignore our customers! Also, lost returns with Royal mail is uncommon and we are very sorry this happened to you. I hope you will bear with us and give us another chance and that our service will help you. Apologies again!

I always run my data through Biomesight
After doing more than 10 16s stool tests, I have concluded that Biomesight has the best analytics and best ongoing development of features. I never get a 16s without running my data through Biomesight.

I'm very sorry for the poor experience you've had with us. I investigated and I can see that your results were published this morning. Perhaps our email to you ended up in your spam folder? Could you please login to your account and let us know if you have any issues accessing your results?
Also, in terms of the long delay. We were in touch last week to communicate that there was a 1 week delay due to a lab batch failure, which is highly unusual. The usual timescale is 1-2 weeks, in your case it was 3 weeks, so it was just 1 week extra. The sample processing takes a full week from Monday to Friday and if it arrives by the Tuesday (which is what happened in your case), it will not start processing until the following Monday. Apologies again for the delay!

Great service and results!
Great service and in depth results. I had questions about shipping my sample cross-border (Can>USA) and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. The data they provide after analysis is incredibly detailed, and thankfully they also provide tips on what foods/supplements are beneficial to helping rebalance my microbiome.
