I think overall experience was good. There were some delays in status update but otherwise everything else was top notch.

I am so happy I took the test, the platform is so well done and so much information I am a bit overwhelmed but excited to dig in and learn everything about my results!

The test was great. I would only enjoy to have a couple other things tested, such as zonulin and pancreatic inflammatory markers

It's incredibly detailed and offers the possibility to track your results in time, isolate the items you need to compare, share the results with your practicioner.
I also love the detailed, personalised recommendations for food, pre and probiotics. I would just love to be able to see the PH of the intestine, if this can be a useful feedback. Thank you!

I think the test is excellent for cost per analysis and offers the transparent data I need. The Long Covid study discount has been very helpful for me in tracking and improving Long Covid induced gut dysbiosis. The reason I cannot give 5 stars is the lack of analysis of mycobiome; with that said, maybe it comes with the territory of the lower price.

I like the collection kit and the clear instructions. Unfortunately I got sick shortly after receiving it so I had to wait a while to use it, but I sent it off a couple weeks ago. Looking forward to the results!

It's still early days on the long term results from slowly implementing the suggested changes and supplements,
I can say that the customer support has been very good and they have quickly implemented changes to their results graphics I had complained about not being easy to understand and now they've implemented a brand new look which is much easier, intuitive and informative to understand.

Amazing level of detail - although it is helpful to have a trained practitioner go over the findings with you as otherwise difficult to interpret for the lay person with sometimes conflicting guidance depending on which bit of findings you are looking at.but incredibly useful and in-depth and great value. Has inspired us to dig a lot deeper into the best probiotics to use as not all are equal

Great platform, great results and great advice! The only thing that could have been better was the return process. The customs label provided was no good and there is different return addresses stated. Being from a different country (Australia) this made it a bit confusing but I had to fill out an Australian customs form to send.

Overall very informative stool analysis and recommendations to achieve a healthier microbiome! Looking forward to how I will feel in a few months. (Some minor hassle: The instructions for sending the sample back are confusing)

The kit is easy to use. Instructions are clear. It took 4 weeks to get my test results through - a little longer than expected but it didn't bother me. Results are comprehensive and useful. There were easy to act upon food suggestions, and I found the video presentations for deeper explanation on my key issues, informative and empowering - I felt I could get going on my own toward better gut health without feeling overwhelmed or without agency.
