Literally the results have led me to find out whats wrong with my gut and I am healing.

Delivered exactly what I was looking for. The turnaround time was around two weeks, which wasn't an issue for me. The short wait was well worth it, as the results go into a lot of detail, covering quite a few pages and many different strains, with plenty of valuable info.

Biomesight testing has allowed me to tailor gut-related supplements towards the particular strains that I'm lacking in, rather than flying blind and risking making things worse.

I personally wouldn't bother taking probiotics or prebiotics without doing a test like this.

Best in class follow up and results.

The website is going in a movie-loop, refreshing and switching between 2 different appearance every 1-2 seconds, and i get sea-sick whatching it. The web-browser is counting high number if blocked Trackers and ads, every second.

This test is very easy to order and complete, the results come back quickly and the report is detailed and easy to interpret. Also, it's a much more manageable price compared to other stool tests, so accessible for more people.

I am in France so I am relying on the UK company:
- to receive the kit: very fast
- to get the confirmation from the labs they received the kit completed: quite long more than 2 weeks (sent the weekend + custom border?)
- to get the result: long > 2 weeks they had to redo it because the first analysis failed due to my sample apparently
- results data : very good, specific and accurate in my case

I appreciated the fact we get updates all along the process, the support chat is very fast to answer as well. The results really helped me to my journey to heal my gut ! To me, this is a very promising company in the microbiota analysis: detailed info, ranges compared to healthy cohorts, advices, ability to book gut microbiota expert partner (expensive though), integration with 3rd party website to get more info on our analysis (microbiome prescription) and CSV extract available as well + beta features.

It would be amazing to get information on yeast/fungus but the literature is quite poor compared to the bacterias. I think it could be relevant though to pay an extra for culture and see if we have way too much candida species, aspergillus or saccaromyces in general.

I've been using BiomeSight for about two year. Usually I do two tests each year. This year I aim to do 4 tests.

I used to ship from the EU and the shipping and processing takes forever.

I was on vacation this month in Scottland and posted my sample from here. The sample arrived to the lab on the next day. I recently got the info that my sample is now in processing which also takes about a week.

So even if I post the sample from the UK, it takes about 3 weeks to get results which I think is too long.

I have no alterative and will keep using this service, but the lead times are just to long in my opinion.

A part from that, the amount of info available is great - I hope I can navigate the system better soon and use Biomesight in an optimal way.
