Results are efficient, informative and interesting. Took a while to be processed though.

Prompt response and caring

The test was easy to do, and the results arrived quickly. The report is very comprehensive with lots of detailed information, but as someone without any knowledge in this area I found it a bit overwhelming. I'd like to be given some kind if priority of what the biggest issues were as I don't know how to figure that out on my own. I'd also like more guidance on how to implement the food recommendations - how much should I be eating, and for how long to make a difference? How can I tell if there's an improvement?

Trying to get a handle on my gut health post Covid has been a nightmare. Biomesight has definitely given me valuable insight, but I cannot tolerate any prebiotics or the colorful diet suggested. Although I continue to be lost, I am grateful to have the knowledge of what my gut looks like.

Communication on when to expect sample improved

I received my detailed results much faster than expected!

I found the whole process very easy. From ordering, receiving the sample collector to returning the sample very straight forward and the instructions very easy to follow.
I got the results in good time and they were explained in great detail. Everything broken down and easy to comprehend. They also offer follow up practitioners details if you don't have one already. Great value for money in my opinion.

I've been using Biomesight for the past year or so consistently and I've seen some very promising improvements in my test results that correspond with improvements in my mental and physical health. Rose (Biomesight's owner) has been very supportive throughout the whole process and you get the feeling she genuinely cares about getting her customers better.

There are several positive things to say about this company.

1st Competitive price. I hope they don't change this...I think for what they offer, it has a great price. I think they can potentially sell a lot if they continue like this and they can collect a lot of data that can make them a reference.

2nd Processing time. It seems crazy to me that in just one week, as soon as it arrived at the laboratory (international shipping) they had the analysis done. With another company it took about 4 weeks and said company was in my same country.

3º That it has an incredible platform where you can very easily view the data, you can track the data even comparing previous analyzes and with different graphs and selecting how you want the bacteria to be arranged (by family, by species, by genus) . They create a map of essential, commensal and pantobiotic bacteria with recommendations to selectively increase and decrease bacteria.

4º In my personal case, the data seems totally consistent to me. Months ago I already tested myself with another company with superior technology (which does not mean better because it was also much more expensive) and the structure of my microbiome is the same, the difference is that this time thanks to the recommendations I know what to do more or less

5º Good customer service, I contacted them about a problem with taking the sample and they responded to me within the same hour if I am not mistaken, giving me a solution to my question.

6º The great underrated. Their website has a blog where they altruistically share information that can be used by both clients and non-clients!

If my finances allow me, I plan to get tested again several times.
