The product did not work at all.

Product arrived in a timely fashion. I used it in a 2-story 16ft x 24ft storage building that the previous owners used as an office and kept a cat inside. I had pulled all the carpets/padding out and removed the paneling but even though there was no urine stains in the subfloor, there was still pet odors present. I used the product as directed, one upstairs and one downstairs. I had the air conditioner turned off so it would not remove any of the gas. 24hrs later, I went in and could smell the chlorine and opened the windows, turned on the AC to air out the space as directed. I was very hopeful this product would have removed the odors from the space but within a day, the odors returned.

I feel I used the product as directed but open to suggestions if I needed to do something different.

The product didn’t work and now I am chasing a refund and they won’t reply!

Paid for 3 days n never got it. Still don't have it. Service sucks they never call back after 4 vm or return emails after leaving 3

We used a ozone cleaner for the car and left it in way to long. Tried everything to get the smell out. Used this and the smell is greatly reduced.

Thank you so much. My parents purchased a used vehicle with a strong cigarette smell. The dealership couldn’t get it out. With one try, this product completely eliminated the smoke smell. Can’t believe it.

It took to attempts but bioside sent me a second one very quickly The smell is gone.

This is the second time that we've used this product, and both times it has worked great! First time we bought a house that had cigarette smell, and we shocked the whole house at once and it did take the smell away. The next time I forgot the stove was on, and I burnt food for about one and a half hours. The whole house was smokey, and it lingered for about a week before we decided to do another shock treatment. The shock treatment took away the smoke smell. Great product, would use again if needed to! Love that this product is not just cover up the smell, but eliminates it!

The only bad part was that some of our house plants didn't look good after we did the shock. I would recommend removing from area you plan to shock.

This product is USELEsS to me. It is 1 packet that cannot be opened. You need to make whole 20 gallon batch at once. And store it. It will go bad and lose its ability. I need small batches. Want RETURN and rREPLaCE with useable product. This 1 packet concept is NOT in advertisement. Unfair to consumer.

Extreme scent of chlorine throughout the area it was used in

I tried several other products before this one, and THIS product was the ONLY one that completely and 100% removed the strange odor in my recently purchased used car. I have already recommended it to my friends! Thank you for such a great product!

I bought the room shocker it was not effective. Therefore, I bought the liquid shocker, the package busted in the water and the fumes of the product resulted in me having a terrible cough, with poison control directing me to go to the emergency department. I would not recommend this product, hire a professional because the cost my of ER visit isn’t worth it.

I had a severe odour problem in a CD player that I purchased online; it was obvious that the player had been previously stored somewhere where a really bad odour had permeated it.
But it was a very expensive,high end player so I didn’t want to have to throw it away.

I had tried a number of commercial odour eliminators but none of them worked at all, until I found “Biocide Systems Room Shocker”

I placed the CD player on small table in a vacant room upstairs in my house, activated the Biocide Room Shocker, closed the door and then waited.

When I returned about eight hours later, the odour was completely gone without any damage to the player or residue left behind.
There was a slight chlorine smell in the room, but both the player and the room smelled really clean.

The chlorine smell dissipated after opening the window and letting fresh air enter the room, and the odour problem had been completely eliminated.
Thanks to Biocide, I can now enjoy my CD player.

“Biocide Systems “ Room Shocker” is a remarkable product.

It seems to work. I was only able to keep the ClO2 in a room for 4 hours (then moved it to another room) and the cat urine smell has gone down quite a bit.

I have a second container ready to go.

Years ago, I needed room and auto shocker after a skunk encounter in my small house. Tried again when I moved into an apartment with stale smell from prior tenant smoking and cats; most recent tenant wasn't able to get rid of the smell. Room shocker did it. Delivered earlier than estimated and worked like a charm.
