Shipping was fairly quick, considering it was coming cross country. Product was easy to use and does what it says. We used the product to eliminate a moth ball odor in a 17.5 foot boat by placing 1 container in the boat overnight with the boat cover on. 15 hours later, we took the cover off and went out fishing, the moth ball odor was gone! Excellent!

The packaging for the product had a rip in it so when I opened it the product was clumped up instead of being powder. I carefully mashed it as best I could but when I added the water it exploded somewhat and sprayed all over the car. Though a little scary it turned out OK. Was not hard to clean up, did not do any damage, and ALL of the heavy perfume smell is gone.

The product did not completely get rid of the smoke Oder after 24 hours

I fogged my house and HVAC system and used Concorbiun spray in my crawlspace. Less than five weeks later I noticed mold around my HVAC supply vent and called biocide. They were not helpful, gave wrong information about other products, and after 30 minutes of a sales pitch basically hung up on me when it was clear I wasn’t going to spend $1000 on more products right then on the phone. It’s unclear how much the fogging helped, I understand mold remediation is very tricky, but I expected better support on next steps. Very disappointed.

Purchased a 4 pack of rv shocker paid $40.00 for overnight shipping and 3 days later still have no received the product. Tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. This place is a scam do not buy anything from them.

Done everything according to the instructions replace everything out and close it for 24 hours the job was not done at all the smell is still very bad.
We'll appreciate any recommendation.

It did remove the smell in my car . but the directions on how to use where not very good. When I added the warm water as directed the pouch exploded and put the product on my dash and floor.

This is the best product for truly removing odors! I have tried almost everything on the market and this is the only thing that REALLY works!

The instructions are straightforward and the cups are easy to use.

I like the fact the system is ecologically sound as well as effective. No poisons nor non-degradable chemicals are involved. In short, smells great (mostly like peppermint which is a little overwhelming at first yet fades to a pleasant odor quickly.

First of all, very fast shipping. Now to the product, yes it did help immensely with removing most of the odor. There is still a slight smell left, but I can now drive my truck. I think I'll do it once more and for longer, (did 10 hrs). I would highly recommend this product because it worked. I do think written instructions should be included, not everyone wants to waste time with having to go online.
