I have tried everything to get the chemical smells out of my new car right the dealer. After 6 weeks of cleaning with no results I googled and found Biocide. It took it all out. Now I smell only new car and leather seat!!!

At this point I’m not going to give a review because I’m not there to know who messed up but I will just say this 2 x now I have received the incorrect product and I personally feel like it should be overnighted to me since I been out of my account for 3 weeks, I guess when you aren’t the one waiting not patiently or empathically and it cost to over night your not to worried but with customers like me look past one mistake but 2 I’m for real the consumer that lets me the facts be know because being inconvenienced when you have my money is unacceptable. Matter of fact I should receive a refund on my original order because none of it’s my fault and all this is stressing me out. If it was my company the customer would receive full refund & receive product next day and the employee in warehouse that messed up order would be fired. But i know where to go the next time.

Don't work with this company. If you place an order and request a refund for products you didn't receive, they will not refund you! I have been waiting 6 months for my $2000 refund with excuses being given weekly from Spencer Blua and Gabriel Gualteros.

The shipping cost is very high ($11+) and it takes too long. For that much money, I would expect faster shipping/delivery service.

Finally got to use your product. Put it my car cause I am a smoker that wanted to remove the oder of cigarettes from my car. After following the directions I have to say that your product was successful with removing the oder. And since it work so well I will recommend it to some friends with the same issue.

I have used the Biocide System in the past to remove a stale cigarette odor from a vehicle that I purchased. The product completely removed the order from the entire interior of the vehicle. Worked just as advertised.
Just purchased again for another odor removal task. I am sure iet will work just as before.

Rental house we moved into had a strong mildew/stale odor to it. We used a four pack of these spread out throughout the house for 24 hours. Came back and opened the windows for an hour to air out and the smell was completely gone!! These worked great and I will definitely purchase again if ever needed in the future. Your ad made it seem simple just add water and set in area.in this case chest freezer. When It came and I read instructions and i also watched video. I was intimated. Video said some cautions that were not in the included pamphlet. Like about a fog of yellow causing coughing and breathe problems. My issue was a foul smell from food spoiling due to a power outage. Freezer had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Still smelled. We had freezer in garage. Had to get a dolly and move outside (afraid of vapors getting into house) Followed directions been 3 days now. Smell is much less but still residue. Disappointed thus the 3 stars. It did help a lot. But I most likely will have to replace the freezer. Please remind people to remove food first( not everyone is the sharpest knife in the drawer)

My order did not ship for more than 2 weeks and I got no response via email or phone. However their products are great and worth waiting for. I just wish they had better customer support.
