Hi Ben,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. If you booked lessons in an automatic vehicle, it's understandable that you would expect an instructor who could provide training in the type of vehicle requested.

We also appreciate your disappointment regarding your refund request. However, as the lesson itself went ahead and was taken, albeit in a manual vehicle rather than the automatic vehicle requested, the lesson remained fully chargeable under our terms and conditions. We understand that this does not change your experience, but we wanted to clarify the reason a refund was not offered.

That said, we're sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with the outcome and that the situation was not resolved to your satisfaction. We value all customer feedback and would be happy to review the circumstances surrounding your booking and subsequent communications.

Kind regards,
The Bill Plant Team 🚗

Hi Haitham,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and congratulations on passing your driving test! 🎉

While we're delighted to hear that you were successful on 2 September, we're sorry to learn about the circumstances leading up to your test and the stress this caused.

We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to learn just a few days before your test that Amarjeet was unable to accompany you due to his instructor badge expiring. After investing significant time, effort, and money into preparing for your test, it's completely understandable that this situation caused uncertainty at such an important stage of your driving journey.

We're also sorry to hear that you felt the support and communication you received did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the handling of the situation, and we recognise the importance of providing timely updates and practical support when unexpected issues arise.

Despite these challenges, we're pleased that you were able to make alternative arrangements and achieve a successful result. Passing your test is a fantastic accomplishment, and we hope you are proud of everything you've achieved.

Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention. We value all feedback as it helps us review and improve the service we provide.

Kind regards,
