Hi Emily,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have lessons cancelled at short notice, particularly when preparing for your driving test.

We appreciate that you had purchased a 20-hour lesson package and feel let down that only 9 hours had been used when you were advised that your instructor would be unable to take you to your test. Reliable communication and professionalism are important to us, and we're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We would like the opportunity to investigate the circumstances surrounding the cancelled lessons and your instructor's availability for your test. Please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@billplant.co.uk with your details so that we can review the matter fully.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Kind regards,
