Ordered a whole bike kit for the hubby for his birthday. Your customer Service representatives Summer and Earl were very helpful. Summer went out of her way to keep in contact with me for a couple of months now and even went out of her way to get me a discount that was above and beyond. Earl calmed all my confusion when i seen an email saying the bike shipped but then was cancelled with Fedex.

Thank to my boy Freddie I feel confident now to go head and spend my money.. was little nervous because my bike has fat tires but he told me what I needed and what to do. I’m new to this and need advice once in a while. These guys are great, and the YouTube videos are a really good learning tool. I recommend watching all of them to learn Everything you need to know before and during your build. It’s all fairly easy, but it’s not all just plug and play. I few things and tricks need to be learned.
