Had a small issue with an order first one in the years I've been using Bike Berry but have used customer service more than once and I had got to say they have the most outstanding friendliness C.S. I've had the honors of dealing with AJ numerous occasions and just fantastic. I've never had a issue go unresolved with AJ on the case and in a matter of minutes too!! Thanks

Things happen, it's not how we fall down that matters but how we pick are selfs up. I've stumbled a few times so far but it is my first bike build so you know growing pains, they have taken steps to help solve my problems I've been having, looking forward to the ride!

I spent about a month trying to decide which bike to buy, which sounds simple until you realize I somehow turned it into a full-time research project. At one point I’m pretty sure I knew more about bike specs than I do about my own phone settings. I had so many tabs open I started feeling like my browser needed a support group.

Eventually, I got a call from one of your representatives, Jack, and honestly it felt like the universe finally stepping in like, “alright, you’re done overthinking this now.” He was super helpful, professional, and somehow still patient after I basically hit him with a full TED Talk worth of questions.

I asked a LOT of things — probably some of them twice just to make sure I could confuse both of us — and he never rushed me or made me feel like I should just “go figure it out online like everyone else.” He actually explained everything clearly, which felt suspiciously rare compared to my usual internet deep-dive spirals.

Of course, the original bike I wanted ended up being sold out, because apparently that’s just the final boss of indecision stories. At first I took it personally, but after talking everything through with Jack, I actually ended up more confident about the alternatives than I was about my original choice — which is slightly annoying in a “so I could’ve just called sooner?” kind of way.

So yeah, what started as a simple bike purchase turned into a month-long overthinking saga, followed by a surprisingly smooth rescue operation from Jack. Respect to him for dealing with that, honestly.

And just so you know — I’ll definitely be coming back for accessories and upgrades in the future. At this point, Jack is officially the guy I’m going to for advice before I talk myself into another unnecessary research marathon.

BikeBerry's customer service is super nice to deal with and they responded VERY quickly to my inquiries. While their shipping might be quite expensive I think their engine kits are probably still great.

I have built two bikes using Bike Berry engines and parts, they supplied everything I needed and the parts fit. Good company to deal with.

Excellent response to a comment of product anticipation...I e-mailed BikeBerry about this simply stating that I am 60...have always liked bike riding and now use it as an end of the day form of release.
In my youth, I would ride some form or type of BMX style bike finding it most comfortable to my needs for a bicycle.
Today as an older adult need something a little more accommodating to my age and other needs.
I ordered the single speed Micargi Luxe GT single speed fat tire bike which combines the feel that I like and am use to with features to serve the older adult as well.
Upright setting position while riding and both feet on the ground while stopped are of the most important to me in a bicycle.
I have never owned a fat tire bike before and am looking forward to the experience.
BikeBerry's quick response to this statement of anticipation is a very good sign of customer attentiveness and customer service.

this is a great company to work with there are many things that I appreciate from them. The very knowledgeable about their products and their ability to understand the conditions that you live in being altitude, dirt,city and other factors that come into your bike needs.
they're very fast on the returns and shipping out products to me and the information that they gave me was spot on.
if you have any issues with your two stroke or four stroke bike engines or electrical bikes this is a company to deal with and I've dealt with a lot of them and this is the one that I deal with now strictly thank you again bikeBerry.

Scott in customer service was quick and well informed when responding to my questions.
This is a surprising exception in the world of customer service.

The customer service has been exceptional in resolving back ordered product. they have followed up on every request I have made and resolved the issues that have arisen.

The customer support from Scott was much appreciated. He notified me when the order was placed and got directly involved when delays were encountered with shipping. Scot followed through with me until the items were delivered.

Advertised that they shipped to Hawaii. Never confirmed with me what port they were shipping it to. They shipped it to the wrong port and then wanted me to pay to ship it to the right port. Then they apologized and said they were fixing it but the shipping company at the wrong port kept calling me to come pick it up and said that nobody had contacted them about it being in the wrong place.

Web site is good - support videos are great, so I took the plunge and ordered a couple of parts. I've haf one confirmation of order over 4 days and 4 marketing emails wanting me to buy more all before any confirmation of shipment. It would have been re-assuring to know my parcel was on its way before trying to sell me more!

Now\n You guys got the best part. I tried going to gas bike, and I could never get a hose of those people. At least you people answer your phone and the problems you send, they seem to be in good quality and they lasts a long time.

I contacted them late on a Saturday night and they got back to me within a half hour.

They were very helpful and when I had a problem we're quick to help me get it sorted out. And prices reasonable and the shipping is quick
