Not only do they say that they have UP to 2 days response time, but I way from Tuesday to Monday to get a reply from them.. It was a warranty claim, and they were barely responsive over chat. (it's here and there, during the day, whenever they feel like it..) And I tried calling 20 times, they never pick up, not even once.
I purchase the apollo city 2023 scooter from them on
11. sep. 2023, and not only did they forget to send me the REAL charging cable for my country, they suggested that I just go buy one for extra money in my own country instead.. that's first bad experience with them.
The really bad one is this:
I have had the scooter for LESS THAN A YEAR, and what broke on it? eletrical wiring/controller, which made it so that the sound on it, doesn't work anymore. The valve on the back wheel, so that the tire can't hold any air. and it has begun to squeak like crazy on the front tire and a little on the suspension, and I take so good care of it, it's in my living room whenever not in use.
When I tell this company about it in a warranty claim, after 1 week they reply, sorry, it's not covered, it seems like wear and tear.. Okay, so your high quality scooters are supposed to break in less than 1 year, and also you don't even cover at the very least, eletrical wiring/controller issues, that is specificly says on your website? REALLY? Just trust me, this will end up costing you more than a new car in the long run, buy a bike or a car instead, this company is 100% one of the worst companies I have shopped at, and I've shopped with Postnord and Yousee in Denmark..
This one takes the cake. I'm talking TERRIBLE customer service, and a complete scam warranty on products that breaks really quickly. I payed 15000 DKK for this scooter. Am I the idiot? Appearently so..
Great communication and help throughout the ordering process and knowledgable advice on products. I collected my order during the Diablo demo event and found all staff approachable and friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. Jack ,who dealt with my order, was excellent at keeping me updated with the status of my order. Would recommend the Evolve and Beyond PEV group highly. Well done all and I'm really enjoying my new board!

I purchased a Talaria Sting R Road legal online and when it arrived I was unsure how to register it and get it legal, I gave the team at beyond pev a ring and they sorted everything out for me in collaboration with another escooter shop, Eridez they were both very helpful and I highly recommend
The component has different connectors and I am still waiting for a response from the technical support over the problem.

Avoid buying from this seller you just get fobbed off customer service is terrible hardly answer the phone and when they do tell you they will ring you back with an update and they never do. Left a number of voicemails still no reply. After 4 months of waiting for my order to be delivered was told it was a pre order item (was never told this before) and it was stopped at customs no emails or calls to let me know of this. Ended up asking for my money back which I did get but was beginning to think I had been scammed. Don’t bother go elsewhere.
Placed a order in december of last year for the kaabo wolf king gtr. which was a pre order product. i was told it would be delivered for January. then was informed after that there was delays due to customs. fast forward to the 9th of may and was told that they expect the hold from custom to be completed in 9-10 days and that they had a order from america being shipped in 2 weeks. it is now currently the 20th june and the scooter has still not been delivered and i have not been updated at all. i’ve called and called and nobody picks up. This companies communication is beyond poor.
Terrible DO NOT BUY THEY DONT SHIP!! SELECTIVE SCAMMERS!! The reply is lies I ordered on the 21st of may was told it would be delivered on the 3rd of June I was then told they can't locate my parcel but would ship another one were is that in your reply. Wise up! which was lies was given tracking I contacted the company and beyond pev never sent it. More lies seems the only consistency in this company excuses and lies the reviews speak for them self!!! Ur salesman never sent an order for it to be returned I have the tracking want me to post the pic imagine being caught out talking pure poo feel wick hang Ur head in shame sounds like Ur company is falling apart the reviews spell it out.

Ordered a £1k Bamboo All Terrain GTR , quick delivery all good except one wheel missing a valve cap on one of the tyres.
I reported this back to the BEYOND PEV, who promptly replied that they would send one out to me the following Monday. This was 4 weeks ago and despite chasing it i haven't received it.
Feels a bit petty leaving this, but they're chasing me for a review and after spending a £1k on the board it would've been nice to have my purchase perfect as its a great board and great fun.
The quality of the bikes and the level of service was very good. We got a flat tire after 10 min. We brought the bike back and it was changed right away at additional cost. Overall great experience.
Have the decency to responses to email. When paying a refund backwards do so straight away. Have the common decency when you are phone to looking the situation, not respond in short polite nonsense, when you do say you will phone back, then do so. I personally will never be buying from you again, and I will recommend to people not too.
Shocking customer service. The part I ordered never arrived, and after two weeks of waiting, and constantly trying to contact their customer support via message and phone to no avail, had to give up and purchase the part from a decent supplier.
Great service, quick dispatch and communication with sales staff was top notch. Would definitely recommend.
