Transaction went very well although took some time to take off. Great communication with Sally from Sales. Perfect tracking too. Good thing i didn't have to pay the extra anti-dumping tax, only VTA and custom fees. Import (France) can get stressful and expensive but it all worked out in the end. Bike looks and works great but i didn't get to ride it a lot since it arrived...

Hello everyone I would like to share my honest experience about my latest purchase Nami Klima Max from Beyond PEV.
Prior to purchase I sent a few emails requesting information about the product, response was promptly sent within the hour, I also made a telephone call to PEV, I was provided with so much positive information about the Klima Max, (which I knew prior to purchase) they were so helpful and reassuring.
My customer service experience was by far the best I've ever received to date.
I went ahead and purchased the Klima Max after our conversation.
I was surprised to have a message from the courier that my purchase will arrive the next day at two pm it arrived on time.
I'm so please with my purchase and buying from Beyond PEV one of my best buys to date, I can only reassure other buyers that PEV is a great company to purchase from trusted and respected on all platforms.
I've had interactions with other companies via email and conversations but I felt very comfortable with Beyond
PEV I'm looking forward to my next purchase in the near future. This is the future of personal electric vehicles mobilities.

I have been researching escooters for the best part of 6 months. Support and reliability were high on my list. After a conversation with Pete, my mind was made up and I bought a Segway. I asked if it was in stock and Pete sent me a photo of the actual Segway I would get. It arrived next day and easily met all the criteria I asked for. Thank you
Very incopetent staff. I have ordered 2 parcels on Monday eve and paid for 2 postages. Rang them on tuesday to ask if they can ship this with fast delivery the stadf member said they are moving shop that day but he will make sure it will be posted first thing wednesday morning. Rang again on thursday morning to check what is going on and they told me it is not shipped yet and some of the stuff is out of stock so i agreed to change part of the order to something i did not really needd as i wanted this before friday. They also sai theay are posting it special delivery right away so it would reach me friday before 1 pm which i thougth was great. Got the notification same day later on about tracking. Checked the tracking friday 10am and it said the order was booked but no parcel pass to royal mail so i knew right away this delivery ain’t gonna happen and it did not happen.tried to ring them. No response What a waste of time with these people. Should have told me on tuesday morning and i’d cancel the order right away. Dont recommend this shop
So first of all im just going to say about the support team. The support was great at first 2 months on getting information that i need . After some time they just ignored no replies for 1 month or even more i always texted them at the time they are working. And ofc lets not forget when they do replie to you they just sometimes leaves you on text and just gone no response as much as i texted them no replies
I would say thats the worst support i ever had in any website i been to 1/10
and the order i ordered i takes sooo much for them to inform me about the delay i never got one i even paid for the item i wanted and still no information they keep saying give us your email and email for gods sake this is just a steal is it that hard to say normaly that i was delayed into email even when they told me give your email we will send you they never did sucha dissapoiting thing . ill soon start contacting "police" to get this sorted out its just getting out of hands at this point

Some at the support were amazing people didnt left me helped me with info but i should have asked them to send me email about my order
If i get again the same people as support it would make me happier and they actually explaining and giving the things i need

Ordered a Emove Cruiser seat and it sat in their business for a week before being posted. Four days later still waiting for delivery. When it finally arrives I can give a decent review in the meantime quietly fuming.

They are great when trying to sell you something but that’s when the great service stops. Been emailing and phoning them for a week and no one will get back to me. My Segway p100s is falling apart after only two months. I just want it fixed! Which they said they could do when I brought it from them. I would avoid this place as they clearly don’t care about you once they have your money
5 star service!! I contacted these guys to see if they could fix my Ninebot max and ended up purchasing a Segway p100s! Been looking at this scooter since it’s launch and so happy and excited I finally have one. Happy to answer all my questions and sorted out the max speed for me 😉 This scooter is top quality and a big upgraded from my trusty Ninebot max. Thanks Peter for the great service!
