My last purchase of vitamins
The best experience with BetterYou was when the package with my vitamins finally arrived. As always, for a decade now, BetterYou products are the best—they're top-notch in presentation, quality, and efficiency! However, the online shopping process has been much more difficult this time: the pop-up attacks have been constant, and every access was interrupted by the infestation of pop-ups. I couldn't even check my accumulated points; the platform has become very unfriendly. The uncertainty about accumulated points is unpleasant; I think every user should be able to see this information directly into account after logging in. It's as if BetterYou doesn't want us to use these points and is deliberately making it difficult for us to access this information.

Improved experience
The test result came back roughly when they said , little surprised when my test result only showed vitaminD3 when the other nhs one always had a vitamin D2 ,I eat quite a few mushrooms as well as animal sources .

Thank you for your review. We just wanted clarify that the low limit of quantification (LLOQ) for Vitamin D3 is 3.08 ng/mL (7.69 nmol/L), and for Vitamin D2 it’s 5.58 ng/mL (13.52 nmol/L). Any levels below these limits are not reliably measurable so show up as zero in the results. This helps make sure the data we report is accurate and trustworthy.
