Excellent products
Excellent products, excellent service. One of the sprays wasn’t working and they explained that I should disk it in warm water. It cleared straight away, but the sent me another anyway. Really the best service.

The vegan spray was great however…
The vegan spray was great however although the new magnesium hot chocolate worked well as a sleep aid, I stopped being able to drink it due to the texture, it was also very hard to remove the residue from my cup. Sorry to say I won't be buying again which is a shame as it's quite effective.

Outstanding magnesium products
I’ve been using better you products for a while now and I especially love their magnesium range. I use the bath salts to help me get a good nights sleep and they are miles better than other brands I’ve used, I used to wake several times in the night but after a soak with these I get a solid night. I have to hype up their magnesium water though, specifically the focus one. It’s super refreshing and tastes amazing, I switched from having a coffee to having one of these a day and I feel far better for it. I feel more alert without getting the post caffeine crash and I feel really hydrated with them, even more so than just regular water which is mind blowing to me!

Highly recommended massage cream for aches & pains
I appreciated the prompt service of this seller.
I was given some magnesium massage cream by my neighbour when I was suffering from severe back pain. I found it eased the pain for a few hours. However I also used it on my upper arms/shoulders and my aches disappeared for quite some time.
I have since bought 2 tubes of cream & a spray. My son uses it now on a painful shoulder and I even rub it into my feet before retiring as I find I've not had foot cramps since trying it.

Done with them
I have had problems before, when I bought vitamin D spray with folic acid, and only later discovered there was NO folic acid inside. Now I bought their magnesium powder and the taste is disgusting. I know they didn't use sweeteners or flavors, but they should have at least written what to expect from the "taste".

The lab will process the test (this takes around 7-10 days from when the samples reach the lab) and then issue the results to yourself and our team here. The team at BetterYou then review the results and provide a personalised dosage plan and code to order your free product. Anosmia and Psoriasis is non existent sinnce using B12 Spray
I’ve been using the B12 spray for several months now. I bought it for a variety of reasons one being I regularly get anosmia(phantom smells)where I’d smell cigarette smoke and it was really affecting my life in such a negative way. Literally a few pumps and the smell went. It does creep in every now and then but it’s becoming less and less frequent. I also noticed something else which was completely unexpected… I have psoriasis on my scalp and behind my ears, I would spray the B12 on my right cheek and within a couple of weeks I noticed the right ear where I had psoriasis was disappearing, so I’ve started spraying it inside my left cheek and my psoriasis behind my left ear has all but cleared up. It might just be a coincidence but I believe this B12 spray is making so much difference to my life. I also bought VITD spray which is great, and ive just purchased VitC and Magnesium bundle.
