Been using products for 7 months - love them
Been using products for 7 months - my faves are Vitamin D (4000/3000), vitamin C and vitamin b12. I use these daily and my bloods have shown normal range Vitamin D for the first time in 15 years! Products are so easy to use, taste nice and I’ve recommended them to loved ones. Totally recommend.

Waiting for my free supplement
I bought the test kit and have only recently completed it and had my result but cannot provide accurate feedback until I get my free supplement, the test kit includes the free vit d supplement but I'm still waiting for this to arrive.

Not disclosing dosage
Have used Better You vitamin d spray and some other products for years now and very happy with them. However! I have recently made a purchase of their magnesium triple blend powder. Each dose contains 375mg of elemental magnesium however the packaging does not indicate how much is from each magnesium source, which is important to me as neurologist recommended a certain dose of magnesium glycinate. Contacted Better You to find out dose of each magnesium source to be told legally they do not need to disclose this information and it is a ‘trade secret’ . I’m sure your customers would like to know what they are consuming. Other brands like nutrition geeks fully disclose what percent of each magnesium is contained. Makes me think the bulk of the Better You magnesium blend is the cheapest one, or else why hide it….Disappointing.
Edit 5/06/25 added a star as BetterYou have contacted me apologising and provided me with the information I requested and advised they would look into updating this information on future packaging. Genuinely quite impressed.
