Improvement to B levels, energy, gentle to stomach
Been using the Bcomplex spray for more than a month (2 sprays only instead of 4). I'm not vegetarian/vegan, so I still get some vit B intake from my diet. I do routine bloodwork due to subclinical Hashi, and so surprised that this spray works better than pills as there's significant improvement with my result (B12 and folate). I've finished the first bottle, and now taking a break for about 2-3 weeks. I've ordered the second bottle, will do the bloodwork again and continue taking the spray. The spray is also great choice for those who don't like swallow pills, and super gentle to stomach.

Very helpful and informative
I sent for a product that was recommended by a therapist, but it did not suit me at all when it arrived. I explained the situation to BetterYou and they very kindly offered to replace it with a more suitable product which arrived very quickly and so far seems to be a much better product for me. Great service
Great service, thank you! 5 years now I've been using vitamin D spray, easy, nice taste. I suspect that this is the only source of important vitamin l get, after menopause.
