Rex just stuck with me, and called me back twice when the call dropped because the closest airport is over 3 hrs away from our house. Rex just made sure that our flights were confirmed before he let me go, and I really appreciate him for going the extra mile. Huge thank you to Rex for changing our flight and helping to get a couple of older citizens get back home safely.

This place is a total scam purchase a ticket last night within 12 hours. They're calling my phone talking about. My flight is not available any longer. Wanted me to pay $300 extra. In order to have a slightly different scheduled flights and directly on the airlines, websites and applications. The tickets are cheaper. I was completely scammed, they said no refunds, nothing I could do other than lose my money or contact my banking institution to reverse the charge and go through the hassle of process of dealing with an investigation and possibly not getting my refund. I don't fly all the time. I don't have extra money like that. So for them to scam, you and put you in a corner where you have no choice but to pay more in order to at least take advantage of the money that you spent is ridiculous. I want my money back. I will reach out to my banking institution. To say this is a scam

He was patient, extremely helpful and understanding of a difficult time my family is going through and did his best to accommodate us with an extremely pleasant attitude and satisfied all of our request without making me feel as though I was asking for too much. You should be proud to have such a wonderful staff member such as this beautiful gentleman!

I booked a flight for my wife and I to attend a funeral. When I called Bestticketfare for the tickets I never received, Bestticketfare tried to put us on different flights on different dates, which is totally ridiculous. They even had the audacity to ask for more money to upgrade my tickets so we could be on the same flight. They charged my credit card and refuse to reverse the transaction. I had to reach out to my financial institution for assistance. This business is a COMPLETE SCAM "BEWARE".

They simply a scammer. They will advertise a cheaper price of flight, once you buy then they will call you tell all the stupid things to drag out more money from you. They called right after I purchased air ticket then told me we are sorry your requested date is not available by the original airlines, but we can give you another day flight with extra money or we can give your required same day flight with little higher price. Which double of my original price I paid. Then argument was on and on when I denied what they offered me and asked for the full refund. Unfortunately they denied to refund me and now I am taking a legal action against this company. Lets see how they can digest my money. Be aware of this fraud, scammer

Prices are deceiving. Their notes are not included in the terms of the flights, so the changes to the booked flight are done after you agree to pay for the flight, without possibility of cancellation. It is much better to go straight to the airline you are looking at purchasing tickets with. The total price would have been better. When you think you are going to save....think twice.

I got my email confirmation, and felt good about the experience . Almost 10 hours later. I missed 2 calls. Called right back and no one answers. I then proceed to call their 24/7 customer serv line and sat on hold for almost an hour. someone finally answered and said some one would call me back in an hour. NO one of course does. At this point I am concerned about my flight. All my voice mail and email said that my flight was on hold. I thought it was a random credit card issue. I try for another 2 hours to get a person. When I finally do, they tell me that no one can help me and I will hear back in the am. You have got to be kidding me! When I finally talk to someone in the am. I am instantly told my flight is no longer available at the cost i booked it at! Am I flexible with dates and times? Um NO! I booked this last minute. I asked to speak to a manager at this point after getting no where. I first asked for a cancellation. It had not been 24 hours yet. I was told no, I then asked for a credit voucher, Also not an option. If i wanted to keep my same flight the price was more than doubled. Again, you just told me the flight wasnt available, oh but it was just not at the price I booked it at. I am writing this review so that no one makes the same mistake I did. I normally use Expedia, but entrusted that my google search for last minute flights it must be a verified decent site by google. Wrong. If I would have googled reviews, I would of learned that my experience is standard one, that they call almost all their consumers and tell them the same thing. How this company stays in business is beyond me. They are a SCAM and false advertisement. When i brought up to them , that most sites tell you your price is updated before you even book. and the fact that they dont do that and then have the audacity to tell me. i should have known. Worst booking experience I have ever had.

Bought a ticket. 15 minutes later they call and say my ticket is not good and want $60 more dollars for a same day ticket or my new ticket was a month later. They are liars and thieves. Dishonest people

Horrible experience. The don’t give you your tickets till they have you call them and then they tell you everything you don’t want to hear, like if you are going to be on stand by at the airport unless you upgrade the price. It’s all a scam.
