Bestticketfare Recenzje

If I could've press a negative 0 for rating i would, this site is a total scam, they put up good prices and times then wait until you book then tells u its a discounted price and its a standby price and no bags allowed. Then its no refunds for cancelation but they're tell u they do not have that time you booked available and its hundreds of dollars MORE you have to pay for them inconveniencing you. No kinda care of what they are putting you through. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

This is DEFINITELY A SCAM!!! Do NOT use them. The price you think you are paying are NOT REAL. They will call you and tell you the price has now changed and/or the dates are changing. Then offer you the same tickets for hundreds more than other legitimate travel agencies.

100% Scam. Do not use it. Couple of Indians scammers guys, posting cheap flights. One time they get your money you never will get it back. They will offer you few options way expensive, maybe 3 times the money you paid to them. If you dont like the offers you loose your money. This people sucks

Jordan Cooper has been very helpful in getting me my boarding passes. Thank you for all your help.

Danny Cooper was amazing at finding the best rates for airfare

Danny Cooper was extremely helpful and patient with me
I highly recommend him

Great experience ROMEN WAS AWESOME THANK YOU

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST using Best Ticket Fares. They promote cheap flights, take your money and then advise that seats are not available and try scam you for more money. I had to get my bank to investigate they are a total scam thieving company

Romen help me with my flight cancellation

Danny done a great job helping me out with my flight.

This company does the classic bait and switch. Cheap fare, immediate callback after you pay yo say that is a standby fare and not available on your requested flight. They double the fare to get you to buy the ticket you wanted in the first place.

DO NOT USE THEM

Extremely unreliable company. Beware!

They present themselves like a legitimate airline ticket company and even answer phone calls as if they are a normal airline agency. After issuing our tickets, they suddenly cancelled them and kept our money.
Very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend being extremely careful before booking with this company. Big scammers stay away!

I booked 2 tickets from Seattle to Houston, they said$536 , after they charged my card and said: there's no guarantee to go on flight , of course we don't want that. The lady said: just pay extra $198 she will put us on another flight, the total should be $734
I trusted her to let her fixed it
But she charged us $933
They changed extra $200 on the price we agreed
be careful with this website .

Dealing with this travel agent was very difficult. I don’t understand how they had to call me for every detail of my boarding pass. It’s just very disturbing to me and this will probably be the last time I’ve ever use your services.

PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS WEBSITE

I strongly recommend that travelers be extremely careful before booking a flight through this website.

I booked a flight and was given an itinerary with American Airlines for $348.46. I received the booking information and made my plans based on that itinerary. Then, shortly afterward, I was told that the flight was no longer available and that I needed to change my itinerary.

I was then presented with a completely different flight, with a different airline and different flight times.

What concerns me even more is that, after looking at the reviews on this website, I found many other customers describing experiences that are very similar to mine.

This has been extremely stressful and frustrating. When someone books a flight, they make plans, arrange transportation, accommodations, and other things based on the information they receive. Changing the itinerary after the booking process creates serious problems for the traveler.

My advice to other travelers: please do your research before giving this company your money. Read the reviews carefully and make sure you receive an officially issued airline ticket, not just a booking request or itinerary.

I am sharing my experience because I do not want another traveler to go through the same stress and uncertainty that I am experiencing.

Please be careful and verify everything before booking.

Tim was very helpful . I was able to secure the flight that was most accomodating to my needs.

Rex just stuck with me, and called me back twice when the call dropped because the closest airport is over 3 hrs away from our house. Rex just made sure that our flights were confirmed before he let me go, and I really appreciate him for going the extra mile. Huge thank you to Rex for changing our flight and helping to get a couple of older citizens get back home safely.
