It was mixed of good and bitter…

It was mixed of good and bitter experience buying a flight ticket through best air fare. The day I bought the ticket I was misinformed by one of the sales team member named Rebecca. Very next day spoken to one of the sales team manager who was absolutely rude and wasn’t professional at all and at same time was threatening on the phone. 2 days later a guy called Martin from refund team phoned me and did listen to my issues and saved my money and ticket at the same time. In future if I ever have to use this service defo looking for this guy. Gets things done smoothly and right the way. Can’t thank this man enough to sort my ticket out when the sales manager was making my life hardest . Thanks Martin

I purchased 5 flight tickets through…

I purchased 5 flight tickets through Bestticketfares, and the entire experience has been absolutely dreadful.

After completing the payment, I received no tickets, no invoice, and no confirmation at all. When I contacted them, I was told my booking was “on a waiting list” — which makes no sense after already paying in full. It quickly became clear this is a tactic to push customers into paying extra just to “secure” tickets that should have already been issued.

Even after agreeing to pay more, they kept adding additional unexpected fees, with no clear explanation. Communication was vague, repetitive, and felt intentionally misleading.

This experience has been extremely stressful and has raised serious concerns about how this company operates. It feels like a system designed to extract more money after the initial payment, without providing proper service in return.

As a business that regularly books travel, we have never dealt with anything like this before. I strongly advise others to stay away from Bestticketfares.

Very disappointing and completely unacceptable. Proceed with extreme caution.
