Very easy to deal with from the beginning. Aside from being the first to send through a quote, there was clear communication and prompt responses to my questions. Was a little concerned that the quote based on the hours they were estimating wouldn't be accurate, as I had heard this to be the case with many others, however they turned up right on time, and finished almost right at the time quoted (given it had snowed that week, I thought it was great work, as I wasn't even sure they could do the job after all the snowfall that week!) Movers were considerate at the new property, laying out rugs so they wouldn't soil the carpet, were efficient with the move and disassembling and reassembling of furniture. No hidden costs in the quote, paid for what they quoted. Would definitely use if we had to move again!

If you live in London, don't look for another company. Best London Removals are aptly named. We had to move house from London to York with an 18 month old baby, bang slap in the middle of the Beast From the East. The team worked tirelessly to pack our flat up and then load the van in sub-zero conditions. I had a long phone conversation with the owner, Ivelin, the night before about how we would play it if weather conditions were too bad. This was after his office had closed. The three men they sent to do the move were efficient, careful, respectful of our property, flexible, polite, hard-working and friendly. And they were the most reasonably priced. Ivelin was far less keen to caveat his price with things like parking problems. He just said they'd find a way. And they did. When the weather looked like an issue, he was quick to point out his price was fixed regardless. It all worked out well in the end, but it was a very stressful process made far far easier by a company that I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have had my fair share of problems with both domestic and international moving companies over the years. So it was with great trepidation I booked Best London Removals. This is by far the best moving experience I have ever had. On moving day the men arrived early and proceeded to pack up the truck efficiently and most importantly - carefully. On the way to the destination they stopped for a very quick lunch break. I cannot say enough about how hard they worked and what a wonderful job they did of packing up our precious belongings. As someone who has suffered breakages and damages due to negligence of so called professional moving companies I can assure you that your move is in very safe hands.

I have used Best London Removals twice, the first time when I moved 4 years ago and again just last week. They are professional and efficient. 3 men arrived first and started packing and 1 more man arrived later with another van. They pack everything so well and carefully. They ensure that the furnitures are not damaged and the floor is not scratched. I could not have asked more and we were absolutely happy about the service. I would highly recommend their service. Punctual and super fast packing. Arrived at the property shortly after I arrived which was a suprise. Unloading and reassembly of furniture was also very quick. Friendly and helpful and barely took a break throughout. Would recommend!

I would not recommend Best London Removals.
Nearly every piece of furniture has been left with a ding or chip out of it. They moved everything quickly but I didn't have lots of things for a one bedroom flat nor the normal heavy appliances.

They weren't friendly. It's a small point but actually does affect the experience. I wish I met the team of people that everyone is raving about on here!

Update - I sent Best London pictures of the damaged furniture and they did nothing further. Their concern is all waffle!

Could not have asked for a more professional, courteous team. All of whom have a ‘Can do’ attitude. My move was done at time agreed and delivered promptly some 400 miles away Everything put in its place and items which needed to be reassembled were done. Very competitive rates. Excellent job! I would use them again and would recommend them highly. Thanks to all staff.

Best London arrived promptly and completed all the packing and loading very quickly and efficiently. Unloading at the destination was also completed quickly and much earlier than we had expected, enabling us to get on with unpacking. We are not aware of any damage to any of our possessions and the cost, which included insurance, was very competitive. The only extra cost was a small additional charge for covers for chairs and furniture, which proved to be very worthwhile. The removal crew were polite and helpful and worked well as a team. Altogether Best London did everything they could to make the day as stress-free as possible.

The men worked very hard & very well also very polite, dissapointed that there was no discount since charged for 2 vans & actually only used & only needed 1.

From start to finish these guys were professional and knowledgable. The team are friendly and work very hard. The move went more smoothly then we ever imaged and was very quick. It was so interesting watching them work they have it down to a fine art. They gave us the most competitive quote out of everyone we met. Can't recommend then highly enough.

The owner was polite , and don’t trust every people working in this company , some of them are cheating and overcharging and bad and not honest .
