I only had a small move. The two chaps were friendly, on time and efficient. They also kindly dealt with my incredibly heavy large boxes of books without complaining. Brilliant service. Office was very quick to respond during the booking process as well. Would recommend.

They were bang on time. We booked them for 7:30 am and they arrived at 7:30 am! Very efficient. Just got on with the job and did it very tidily and quickly.

The two men (one called Harry) were polite, friendly, patient, very efficient, and didn't mumble about some of the heavier furniture that they carried. They took great care with our things, helping distmantle a few pieces and also wrapping, and they were kind to our five year old despite a busy and heavy workload. Mr Donchev who we booked with, was also very helpful. Many thanks.

I've had 14 removals in my life so far and I know what can go wrong, so my requirements were very specific. Market research is part of my job, so I sent out an initial inquiry to 8 different companies. Ivelin was the first to respond and to show up for an on-site survey on a Sunday (!), when others refused to do one altogether. Out of 4 shortlisted companies, he was among the 2 reps that came across as most professional and knowledgeable. His quote was also the most competitive after he agreed to decrease the price by a small amount.
Very importantly, as I made my decision 5 days after he'd done the survey and my preferred date was already booked, he did his best to accommodate me on a different date suitable for both of us.
I need to mention they also undertook unpacking and he was the only one who assured me it could all be done within the same day to avoid 2nd day extra costs.
He'd originally quoted 3 people for packing/removal and 3 people for delivery/assembly/unpacking, however he allocated 4 people for the second half of the day at no extra cost to minimize the hours. We were initially looking at a 12 hour job (8am - 8pm), but the team finished at 5:30pm.
Very importantly, the team also helped me with unpacking and putting in place a fridge delivered to the new flat and with unmounting the kitchen door, which was beyond their duties. It goes without saying I tipped them at the end of the day (and they seemed hesitant to accept).
I would give 4.5 stars if I could, but no option (hence the 4). The Team was very polite, fast but not rushing and helpful. My only comment would be that not all of them spoke goood English (even though one spoke very good Greek!) and as such some tasks needed redoing (either while the team was still in the flar, or afterwards by myself) as they were not done per instructions in the first place. I would have also liked to have them lay protective floor material in both flats to avoid excessive dirt and potential damages.
I definitely recommend and will use Best London Removals again.
