Like most people, when you’re choosing a removal company you simply don’t know who will actually be good. I eventually chose this family-run firm after reading their reviews on Trustpilot, which were overwhelmingly positive. What I’ve since learned is that they’ve completed more than 7,000 moves but only have a few hundred reviews — which means even their excellent feedback probably doesn’t fully reflect just how good they really are.
The level of personal service they provide is something the larger, more “prestigious” companies simply can’t match.
Ivelin, the owner, is extraordinary. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. He’s also a very straightforward and honest person to deal with — he answers questions clearly, directly and without hesitation. At no point did he try to gloss over anything or make things sound better than they were; he was simply open, practical and completely upfront, which I really appreciated.
The team, led by Philippe, were superb. I have never seen people work so hard while remaining so calm, careful and professional. They got on with the job quietly, quickly and incredibly efficiently, while taking great care to protect walls, corners, doorways and floors throughout.
What really impressed me was the attention to detail. Furniture was handled thoughtfully. They even laid items on a rug to check that the feet had protective felt before standing them up so nothing could mark the floor. Furniture they dismantled was reassembled perfectly at the other end, smoothly and efficiently.
They also managed to move three medium-sized potted acers, one of which had a particularly difficult shape with very wide spreading branches. I was quite concerned about how it would be transported, but they handled it beautifully and it arrived without any damage at all.
I felt completely safe trusting them with everything in my home.
I would use them again without hesitation. If you’re choosing a removal company, stop looking — you won’t do better than this team.

The company offers a service, which combines efficiency with personal attention and reasonable pricing. As a family with a toddler and 2 working parents, personal attention and reliability were critical in our decision.

Ivelin came to our home for the survey (the other 2 moving firms did video surveys). The quote was in line with one of the competitors. Ivelin offered a lot of tips and advice on preparing for the move. His staff dropped off boxes and packing tape a week before the move. The move itself was a 2-stage process: old home to storage, storage to new home. The crew was polite, quick and efficient. Everything went smoothly, no damage.

We used our own handyman, but Ivelin can book one, if required.

Last month we moved from London to Sheffield using this company. They were amazing. Their customer service representative was very helpful and professional. The two gentlemen that came on the day to do the move were outstanding. They arrived few minutes before the time we decided to start (9am) and they finish loading all our boxes and furniture into the van in around 1 hour. I told them that we will arrive in Sheffield at around 2pm and they said it was fine, and even though they arrived before us they happily waited for us. They were very polite and friendly and in Sheffield it took them as well around 1 hour to bring our boxes and furniture inside our new flat. They handled all our items with such care and everything arrived in the same perfect condition as when we packed them. We were so happy with their service. I will 100% recommend them.

Called best London removals after another company let me down. Three days notice and they found a way to accomodate me. Professional, polite and all round great service. Arrived in time and all goods packed with great care. Not a single breakage either! Thoroughly recommend this company and price was very competitive too.
