Rubbish quality that won’t last
Rubbish customer service. Sent damaged product and won’t reply back to get it sorted. I have bought a few things from them and they never last, very poorly manufactured. Honestly, Avoid if you can, ain’t worth the money!!!

I think got off on wrong path. I sent pictures of the chairs. I expected the chairs to be replaced then just a discount towards items in question. I will erase my review. Maybe the company will understand my unhappiness me writing the review.

Excellent company
Requested samples of the wood and fabric for the chairs, these were sent promptly. Ordered extending dining table and 6 chairs which were delivered in one week being 3 days earlier than expected. The packaging on all items was excellent, chairs did not need assembled, the table was easy to assemble, the quality of all items is excellent, value for money exceptional. I would highly recommend Bentley Designs.
