Lovely quality product at a good price. Looks better in real life than on the screen. Delivered before stated date. Communication from Bentley Designs and the delivery company was very good and accurate.

Customer Services were most helpful with information when I was deciding if the bedhead was right for me. Delivery was quick despite the Easter holidays and the bedhead is lovely, very pleased.

We ordered a Hampstead soft grey & pale oak double headboard from the Bentley Design Outlet (BDO) at 7:30 p.m. on Thu 16 March and it arrived by 9:00 a.m. on Fri 24 March. So, a fast and efficient service for an item of furniture.

The quality of the packaging the headboard arrived in was astonishing - all sides of the item were very well protected, which will have gone a long way to making sure it arrived safely and undamaged. (Furdeco, the courier used by BDO, also played their part in getting this bulky, heavy item to us quickly and in excellent condition.)

The headboard itself is top quality and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. (We also ordered two Hampstead soft grey & pale oak one-drawer bedside tables from a BDO retailer on the 17th. Packaging and quality the same as the headboard, and also delivered by Furdeco along with the headboard.)

From start to finish a great buying experience and we'll have no reservation about buying from BDO in the future should we need any of their other furniture items.

Easy to order online. Dining table and chairs were delivered earlier than estimated date. Good product at competitive price. Happy with my purchase. Requires self assembly.

Excellent customer service received from Bentley designs outlet, each time I telephoned to see if item I wanted was available to order I was greeted by polite people & when promised to call me back they did. The krystal antique nickel headboard is stunning & arrived very quickly, delivery men were polite & friendly. I can’t rate my experience enough, after dealing with other companies recently Bentley stands out for customer service. A big thank you to the team, keep up the good work .

We purchased a wooden headboard from Bentley Designs Outllet. It is a quality product at a very reasonable price compared to other similar headboards for sale online.
The item was packaged extremely well....no chance if it getting damaged during transportation.

Delivery was quick....we had the headboard installed in our bedroom less than a week after ordering.....very good for such a large item.

It was even better looking when you see it out of the box... looked lovely on screen but its the quality that is so great .....excellent service from purchase to delivery

We have three bedrooms full of Bentley Design furniture which we have had for a number of years now and always been very thrilled with.
Unfortunately some of the black plastic middle brackets that hold the wooden slats of the base of the bed that we were currently sleeping on disintegrated.
After finally sourcing the brackets back to Bentley Designs Outlet we ordered replacement brackets of which we could only appear to order 13 and then to ensure spares for the future (looking on line these brackets from all different companies seem to disintegrate after some years) we ordered another full set including the end brackets that we didn't actually need.
After receiving two missed calls from the same unrecognised number I decided to call the number to see who kept ringing.
It was Bentley Designs Outlet checking that we hadn't placed 2 orders by mistake.
I explained why I had made two orders, due to the fact in the first order I could only seem to order 13 brackets and the very kind gentleman offered a refund of the first order of 13 middle brackets doubled the amount of middle brackets in the 2nd order and halved the amount of end brackets just so we had some in the future if needed.
All at his instigation.
The refund has already been completed.
What amazing customer service!! Often unfortunately in these times customer service can be sub standard.

We ordered two Oak bookcases which arrived safely and look perfect. Not only that though, communication on delivery and follow ups were absolutely outstanding. Bentley Designs products, delivery and service provided cannot be recommended highly enough. Order from them and they will look after you from start to finish.

Our experience with Bentley Design furniture has been less than satisfactory. We purchased a range of dining room furniture including sideboards , TV table and Dining Table with 6 bonded leather chairs approx 5 years ago. This year the bonded leather started to de - laminate and now look very bad with areas of leather missing and so are un - serviceable. I have reported this to the Retailer , Haskins Furniture, who have in turn notified Bentley , who’s reply was that the warranty was for only two years. We would not expect to be replacing dining chairs after only 5 years as this set replaced our old Nathan Furniture which still looked good after 40 years !
