Belgian Beer Factory Recenzje 

I received my order of 4 glasses of Westvleteren and 3 of them had scratches on them. I sent a email to inform them and I still haven't received any answer. It's been 2 weeks now.

I placed my order almost 4 weeks ago when all items were listed on their website as being in stock and with an expected deliver time of 4 days. My order still hasn't even been dispatched!! To cut a long story short, their customer service is abysmal and incredibly, not once yet have they offered an apology - that is when they even bother to respond. It's just one excuse after another with this crowd. I'm pretty sure they've just stolen €50 of my money at this point. AVOID AVOID AVOID

i live in the U.S. while in Belgium last summer i found a dubbel i liked and so i tried to order some through the BBF. their customer service is dismal!! it took them 3 weeks to finally fill the order. but wait, it gets worse. .... the beer didn't arrive. i kept checking the 'Belgian Post' site which, after another month (now three months in to the ordeal) finally showed that the beer was shipped. after yet another month i, once again contacted customer service who, two weeks later, told me that the beer was returned to them because "customs would not allow it shipped to the State of Wisconsin". ... now we are looking at four months folks. i talked to my contact at my local USPS office, and he tells me that beverages can't be shipped via the mail ANYWHERE in the U.S. Scheesh! i wonder whether BBF knows that?

I ordered some glasses and one were damaged, but after a month of complaining and trying to get some answer from them, yesterday finally got a new glass.

My order was returned to sender. They did not respond to the questions I sent by email, facebook, and their contact form. The only response I received was to my one-star google review, but they DID NOT resend the order as they promised in that response.

It has been two months and they still have my money.

Buy from someone else.

I only bought some Grimbergen glasses but they were the best price, shipping was very reasonable, well packed and delivery was just a few days. Very pleased.

Ware teilweise nicht geliefert. Nachrichten hierzu werden ignoriert. Auswahl und Preise sind eigentlich super, aber so vergeht einem der Genuß am Bier

Ik heb van alles besteld voor de sint, mailtje achteraan gedaan of alles nog ging lukken. Ze hebben de bestelling meteen opgepakt en alles was naar tevredenheid makkelijk op tijd binnen en wat een leuke cadeau's had ik dit jaar!

Super service.
Voor kerst wat besteld, netjes optijd geleverd. geleverd in een goed gepakte doos, en de flessen waren onbeschadigd en stonden stevig rechtop.
Daarnaast vind ik de kwaliteit en keuze in aanbod enorm goed

Groot assortiment bieren en de levering was snel.
Nu al meerdere keren dingen besteld en ook mail contact gehad. Beide als zeer prettig ervaren.

Die Firma ist mit Vorsicht zu genießen, es gibt weder ein Impressum noch irgendeine Telefonnummer! Ich warte auf 2 Sendungen, die längst überfällig ist, Verfolgung funktioniert nicht, Kontakt auch nicht! Irgendeine Info gabs bisher auch nicht!

I had ordered and paid for 8 beer glasses from Belgian Beer Factory. When I received the parcel 2 were broken. I notified Customer Support and documented with pictures. After 1 week I got a reply asking if I wanted compensation applied against a future purchase or as a refund - I chose the latter. This is now almost 4 weeks ago and no reply and no refund so far in spite of having written twice.
Not a good customer experience.

Tried to place an order with the Belgian Beer Factory for some Belgian ale glasses but had some problems with the order going through.

Despite some initial setbacks and problems with communication, Pieter more than made up for the problems by going out of his way to ensure that I received my order as quickly and painlessly as possible.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to the initial problems I had, it would be great if Belgian Beer Factory could work to improve upon this in the future.
