Despite a couple of technical stock issues in the run up to Christmas, my beers did arrive just in time for the festive season, and I am over the moon! Merry Christmas Kimo!

I have had orders from Belgian Beer Bank previously and have always been very satisfied. In this case, there were a couple of substitutions but I was very happy with them. The packaging was appropriate for a journey across the Channel.

Painfully slow, poor communication, no beer, no refund. Really disappointing service from a previously excellent vendor. Seeking my money back via chargeback. Neither of the statements provided below about the beer delivery being successful or a refund being provided are true. Update: still no refund 7 weeks later

Everything went fine and The products were packed very good.

Beers have been received, ordered on the 7th of November, and arrived 13th of December. Just in time for Christmas and my wife's birthday.

Very please with the packaging and once the beers were posted the were delivered very quickly.

One star off because no response on emails, but they did respond via Instagram after i tried there.

I love the variety of beer and competitive price but delivery took weeks and then only half of the order arrived. Took a week to acknowledge rest of order but once acknowledged was posted and delivered within days

what a great company!!!!! who does the best for there clients. its the perfect way to get the belgien special beers arround the world. a company who listen allways to the wishes of the clients. many years now i order every month my beers and i'll do it for many more years!!!! all that, thanks to kimo!!!
