Great Delivery service by Waheed. Bed arrived on time as he described.

Received delivery of King size bed and mattress today. Very happy with it. Delivery driver Waheed was so helpful and friendly.

Showroom well stocked. Sales person knowledgeable. Ordering simple. Payment straight forward. Prices attractive. Delivery was free and on-time. Great service.

WARNING- scammers !! You will NOT get the product you ordered. You will NOT get a refund or any satisfaction from their office. This place needs to be shut down !!

Terrible products and pathetic customer service. Ordered a bed frame that took 3 weeks to arrive and when it arrived, the packaging was wet and parts of the frame (planks) were wet as well and had mould all over the top. Mailed the customer support but no response. Tried calling them but the number appears to be busy after 1 ring or 2. Would highly recommend against this scam of a business

I would avoid at all costs. Bed was very badly made (casters crooked, drawers covered in glue and badly joined, screws protruding). Mattress was damp and stinking. Won't answer their phone. Will have hassle trying to get a refund over XMas period. Again, just avoid, they are cheap and won't last.

Don't know why but my mattress was delivered on time without any notice of delivery that was strange. Next part is the mattress itself, described as side support that basically not there, if you sit on side of it you just slip down. And after week there is still just bad smell of it . It was fully packed but the smell is like wet sheep or dirty socks. Don't know why is that and now how to remove that. Otherwise I finally sleep well but think will be buying new mattress soon.

Delivery says up to 10 days and that they will ring to schedule. I was given a delivery date 17 days after ordering, I was unable to make pre 10am on the date. The team provided no flexibility on time/date and if you didn't accept the date then they would contact you 2-3 days before a next delivery time. They did not contact, until I contacted them and the date provided was 23 days later.

Ordered a rebound memory foam mattress and what can I say....have it 2 weeks now and I'm getting some very good nights sleeps💤 as I suffer from arthritis and fibromaglia it was hard to find a comfortable mattress,but bedworld.ie has knocked it out of the park.The rebound memory foam is very suitable at an extremely reasonable price.I also got delivery updates all the time till it was dropped to my house and got exactly what I ordered👍

Very happy with my order from bedworld. The mattress is extremely comfortable and the bed looks amazing. The driver who delivered the order was an absolute gentleman.

I received my order the middle of July, drawers where crooked and would not close. Contacted the company and they agreed to arrange a replacement. Replacement arrived 2 weeks ago. No castors for the second part of the base.Waiting 2 weeks for castors. They could have posted straight away or sent by DHL, but no they said they posted, then they said it was by courier and then a combo of the 2. So still no castors on 1 half of the base, so I can't even use the base while I am waiting. Don't use this company easily preventable issues can be prevented by basic quality control. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction.

Ordered a king size bed in in velvet green, mattress to go with it and a single mattress.
Ordered 20th June, didn't hear anything from them until I made contact with them on 4th July. I was told on 4th July delivery would be the 10th July. I asked why does it say within 10 working days and the response I got from the member of staff on the phone was " because it does" I said once it comes the 10th it's fine I'll get over it. Then on the 8th after making plans to be there on the 10th to be told it wouldn't be delivered until the 16th. Couldn't get through to shop phone when I rang so I emailed. Surprisingly got a response email saying actually it's going to be the 18th July. At this stage I was trying to ring to get a refund. Couldn't get through to anyone. 18th heard from no one so I went back onto the website into the live chat and i was getting QUICK responses there literally within seconds. On this I was told it was being delivered 19th, she even said they would ring or text later with a time.
19th came and guess what the bed actually came however, HOWEVER the driver who dropped the bed to my door no further said I'm delivering this to you on damaged anything that occurs after this point isn't on bedworld so please becareful! This driver must have had Xray.vision cause everything was packed and wrapped so you couldn't see anything. The single mattress was ripped! The king-size bed was damaged. The chrome feet we paid extra for where plastic and 3 of them broke on installing them. The bases are bad badly and the material is badly put on it. We had to re staple the material back to the bottom of the base of the bed. Mattress for king-size was the only thing not damaged. It looks perfect now, but we had to buy new feet for the bed from a local store. No point in going back to store as of what the driver said and how they were on the phone when we rang about looking for the order. Only for the girl in the chat was helpful it would have been a 1 star.

Ordered on the 5th June still waiting for delivery tried contacting them for refund won't answer phone or email. Stay away from this company.

Purchased their Super King “Saffron Chesterfield Deep Buttoned Floor Standing Headboard”. Delivery was on time and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Looks way more expensive than it was. Customer service and the delivery driver were really friendly! Thanks guys.

I had my 4ft divan bed with mattress delivered today, sunday 16th april. The driver was very nice and friendly and took the time to put on the castors on the bed as i have injured my wrist. I am very pleased with my purchase, i bought a simular bed from them last year for my other bedroom, good quality furniture. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a bed. From R. Ebbs dublin

Purchased a bed for over 2k. Was delivered with no assembly instructions, missing leg and the other three damaged. Called to ask for a replacement, to be advised probably quicker to buy 4 on line and send them a copy of the invoice for refund.

I did so an 4 legs arrived today, 3 fitted the fourth would no stew in. On inspection the threaded section in the bed was missing and someone had jammed a plastic raw plug into the hole. Looks like this had already been out and sent back, and someone though it was acceptable to do this half cocked repair and send the bed back out, forgetting to replace the extra leg.

Stay away and don't waste your money. Faulty bed base, very low quality for the price, zero customer service. They are not helpful and will keep making excuses. Bed slats are stabled not a single screw, their beds won't last a year.

After reading reviews I was concerned but my experience was perfect and bed and mattress came to Ireland exactly as i orderd it and I recieved calls and txts confirming the delivery time I even assembled the bed myself it was easy
