Sent the wrong item and refuses to replace it or refund it. Loads of excuses and no accountability for their mistakes.

The only reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one is because they agreed to take the beds back. These beds are not worth the money you pay for them. They are incredibly poorly made with inferior materials. If they want to seek cheap beds then the price point should match. Honestly, spend the extra 100 euro and find a bed from a better company.

Delivery took 15 days, not 10 days advertised. The quality of the delivered product is also much lower than the advertised product. When I questioned why the bed is not quilted as advertised they just made it down to materials not being available at time if order. Definitely not a 900 Euro bed as advertised.

We ordered a mattress ,they were very easy to deal with. They came when they said.. an excellent service and no duty or anything to pay were in Ireland

I ordered a bed on November 4th with a promised delivery time within the same month. The bed was finally delivered on January 10th with the incorrect mattress so I still cannot use the bed I ordered 11 weeks ago. When I tried to cancel in December, Bedworld advised me that they would charge me €100 cancellation fee. This is ridiculous as the only reason I wanted to cancel is because they did not meet their promised delivery date. Avoid this company. The delivery times are not as promised and be aware of the extortionate cancellation fees. Also it is impossible to get to speak to anyone to sort out an issue.

If I could give six stars I would! I have used Bed World twice in the last 12 months and the service was excellent in both occasions. Delivered on the day promised at the time notified. The beds themselves have been good quality and excellent value. Highly recommended!

I got my Bed delivered yesterday. Have to say had the best sleep last night I'm happy with it. There was slight poor communication on the company's part ,but delivery was on time , I didn't catch the delivery's guys name but he was after coming from England right down to the end of Ireland and on his own. It was delivered to the bottom of my apartment as cleary stated in the email invoice . But it wasn't to much hassle bringing it up and putting it together couldn't be simp. The only thing was one if the wheels doesn't correctly fit in but it's noting major But overall I'm happy with the product you get what you pay for..

Ordered a bed, and after 7 business days I got a voicemail that the bed would be delivered on a date outside of the 12days up-to delivery window on the website (when no one would be actually be home to receive). Rang back straight away and next delivery slot would be 4 weeks later! Also informed that cancellation fee would apply to cancel order and that would not be waived despite the delivery not being made within the stated 12days period. No flexibility at all with customer service team.

Had a really good experience with bedworld. I was looking for a bed frame with quick delivery, so designed my own double divan bed frame with drawers on the website. Received notifications when the order was received and complete, and then a phone call (from England) about a week prior to delivery to give me the date it would be here. Received it after lunch on the day stated, and delivery driver dropped it into the room for me. Bed was really easy to assemble and it looks fantastic. Would definitely use them again in future.

Ordered mattress. Email with confirmation stated at the top 10-12 days for delivery. At the bottom of same email 10 days so confusing. Next, per website they should inform you 24-48 hours before delivery. I’m now on day 12 and no call or update and so not meeting either of the delivery times. It’s impossible to reach them on the phone. Some recorded message about Covid causing issues. You’d have hoped Covid is around so long some contingencies would have been put in place. I did also try email yesterday and no reply as of 6pm today. I am not holding out to much hope for delivery any time soon. **Update 30 Oct** We eventually did get through to customer care. No apology explanation etc however they did agree to a refund. I will update this review again once the refund arrives in my bank account. **Update 30 Oct**. *Update Nov 9** Received my refund at my bank today. Going from 1 to two star but still stand by poor customer service response time and delivery lead time in contrary to what was advertised**update Nov 9**

I was very disappointed by the delivery ordeal I went through with Bedworld.
We ordered the bed on the13th Sept and it was finally delivered on 8th October - 25 days later. I didn't mind waiting within reason - but what I hated was that you cannot speak to customer services on the phone - there is a recorded message about covid which is a poor excuse these days - and you are asked to email. You email and it takes ages to get a reply which does not answer your query. They only book a few days ahead which is unhelpful. Also, the only deliver to a ground floor flat (ours is first floor) and you need someone else to help carry the new bed - plus the old bed if you have paid for them to dispose of it for you - up and down the stairs. I think this is ridiculous. If you pay for a delivery, there should be two delivery men to do the job properly. Because of the difficulty getting hold of anyone, my daughter slept on a mattress on the floor for 3 weeks and had back pain before the new bed arrived. The website says they aim to deliver a new bed within 72 hours - they certainly failed on that one.
We are happy with the bed now we have it. But I would not order a bed again from this company. Their communication and delivery system needs a complete overhaul.

I thought I would give this company a try to see what the quality was like based on the price; the following is an honest unbiased opinion.

I bought a divan king-size bed frame without a mattress, a headboard, an end drawer and the 'chrome' castors. The bed is functional, cheap materials and very thin fabric and the chrome castors are nothing more than coated plastic. The build quality is poor in my opinion, the additional end drawer I ordered was broken and unusable. They agreed to replace the drawer and on the day of delivery 2 weeks later, delivery cancelled as I was told it was damaged.

I won't be using this company again.

Our ottoman bed was delivered today, later than we were told it would be delivered. The delivery man threw the bed at the door blocking the entrance and the stairs and when I asked if he could help me (female) to bring it upstairs, he said that they dont do that, its a front door delivery.
The bed looked ok, but Id not say its great quality, not even close to it. We have no problem putting ikea furniture together, but there is no instructions from bedworld how to put their furniture together, there are some screws but for someone who is not a furniture maker, and doesn't have practice is not clear where goes what. Its not a science fiction, but there were no any marks, we had to pierce material ourselves to get the screws in to secure the headboard, and then we realized that we were only able to get one set of screws because the holes in the bed base and in the head bord didnt match, we will try and see if we can get anyone to come and fix this...Just cant rate it well

We have ordered beds here already three times (for different properties and showrooms) and their service and quality is just superb. Even the delivery drivers are so helpful and nice. We had to exchange the beds as they would not fit upstairs in the attic in one of the projects 3 months after they exchanged without hassle (small fee for restock), customer support are very good at replying to email queries, but call times are a bit of a wait. they exchanged and delivered the right size in time for moving. Ottoman beds are such great quality too, very impressed with the whole experience

I ordered a bed frame from this company...they kept me informed regarding my order and delivery...the bed was delivered on the agreed date...the driver off loaded the delivery....the packaging was damaged...the frame was too...the driver took pictures...reloaded the frame and made contact with the company regarding the problem...I was assured I would be refunded as I needed a bed frame as soon as...within 2 weeks my refund was given as promised....I can't fault this company...I give them a 5 star review for customer service and honouring their word...it was a shame the bed was damaged but their acknowledgement was honourable!@

Just received my order today, rang a week ahead to let me know. Delivery came dropped off mattress i ordered, laying init as i type. Feels amazing, great quality and good value compared to other sites. I got Product Quantity Price

Bloody amazing. Amazing service, quality and be warned read fine print which i did, got dropped at door entrance. I got it up the stairs myself all good.

I have no experience of bedworld yet. I am interested in ordering a bedgrame from the the company. But I'm confused by 95% of the reviews. The delivery experience is 1% of what is important for the customer, I would say. So why all the review talk about Raj and Sammi??? So much talk about the delivery?

I want to hear about the quality of the product.

Good company to deal with-no problems and great quality bed!
Saj the delivery driver, literally went out of his way to deliver bed on time as we were due to leave for airport to go on holidays so he made sure to get order to us before we left.

Very happy without our purchase from Bedword. Great quality for great price. Kamy who delivered our order was very polite and careful with handling our bed. Highly recommend.

Bed just arrived from bedworld delivery driver Mohsin was very helpful and even brought it upstairs for me i havnt opened it yet but seems to be sturdy
