Kamy delivered our bed and was so nice & helpful. He carried the bed upstairs for me as I’m heavily pregnant, which was just such a huge help. He phoned ahead to let me know he was 15 mins away which meant to I was able to make it back to house in time and not miss the delivery.

The delivery man Kamy was excellent, he phoned 10 minutes before delivery. Great customer service. Mattresses and bed frame are perfect and excellent value. Would definitely use again

Ordered online and got a phonecall within a few days to arrange delivery. The delivery man Kamy was excellent, he phoned on the day to let me know what time he would be there and again 15 minutes before delivery. Kamy brought both mattresses upstairs and declined my offer of assistance, great customer service. Mattresses are perfect and excellent value. Would definitely use again

I ordered a Lofty Memory Foam & Cool Gel Divan Bed and a few days after I got a call with my delivery date. About 10 days after my order I received a call from driver Kamy saying he was an hour away. Kamy was very friendly and helpful explaining how to set up the bed he even brought it all inside for me . I highly recommend Bedworld

Ordered a double divan, headboard and mattress. Within a week I had a call with the delivery date a week later.
On the day I received an early call to let me know what time my items would be delivered.
Waheed was very friendly and helpful. He declined my offer to help unload the items and did everything himself.
The bed is exactly what we hoped for and very comfortable.
Wouldn't hesitate to use Bedworld again.

Ordered a bed just over a week ago and arrived today. Was kept up to date with progress and delivery time. Waheed helped with delivery. Great service and product.

I ordered a wooden bed frame about 6 months back and it arrived within 2 weeks. Beautiful frame, good quality wood and easy to assemble. It also felt more supportive than my previous bed frame which was an unexpected bonus.
I recently made another order of a mattress from Bedworld since the last order went well. Again, the order arrived within 2 weeks. The delivery guy, Waheed, took my old mattress and brought the new one straight to my door no bother. The mattress wasn't vacuum packed as advertised which was great because we didn't need to wait for it to expand to use it as it was already at its full size.
The new mattress is very good quality but it is taking a little while to break in as with any foam mattress or pillow.
Overall I'm happy with my experience with Bedworld. My only complaint is a slight lack of comms around delivery. Both times I got a call shortly after making my order giving me a date of delivery but nothing in writing like an email or text, something I could refer back to in case I forgot the date. On the day of delivery I got a call saying my delivery was half an hour away which was slightly short notice and I would have preferred a designated time window in writing.
