Got a bed last August and the stitching started falling apart, I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the mattress with a new like-for-like. I was delighted as delivery and everything was arranged promptly and the new mattress was delivered within 10 days. Now trouble started with the new "same" mattress, from the start it felt firm and after the first night, I contacted the company to ask them if they could confirm that we received the right mattress as our previous one was medium and from the first day it felt like sleeping on a cloud. They responded back saying that it's the same mattress and that we need to give it a few days for it to break in. Here I am writing a review after over a week and without any response from the company when I told them that we are having terrible sleep on a new way to firm and uncomfortable mattress that was sent to us a replacement but no answer. If I knew that this would be such a hassle I wouldn't even contact them in the first place as the previous mattress was just amazing and that is the only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars.

Additional update and star to 1, Jake is trying to convince me that firmness is just a personal perception and that the replacement mattress is not defective. I responded that we asked family and friends to try and sit on it to confirm that it's firm and not soft at all so this is total BS. They offered to replace the mattress again if we pay 50 pounds for shipping - why do we need to pay for shipping if the mattress is faulty?
Disappointed in the company and the way things are handled, there was clearly an issue with the mattress and now we're paying the price of a poor night's sleep because someone else messed up.

The company decided to replace the mattress again without any additional fee. Will update once the replacement arrives and hopefully it will be a positive experience.

A replacement mattress arrived and this time it had a sticker saying which mattress it was but most importantly it is not firm but medium as we ordered the first time. Got a good night's sleep in over a month and as this time it was the correct mattress I will leave 3-star review but not higher as the whole process was quite tedious and blame was shifted on us and our "perception" of a firm mattress.

The mattress delivered was clearly a knockoff of the mattress advertised online. When finally getting through the busy signal (by harassing online chat) we were told no human could help us over the phone and we had to wait for an email response. Response to the email was that materials vary and they’ll send it along to manufacturer to look into our feedback. No hope of a refund. Now we have a cheap, knockoff mattress sitting in a tiny home and are out almost €500.
Please, for the love of all things, allow a human to be able to help us over the phone. And have some quality control when it’s so obvious the product going out isn’t what’s advertised online.

Order a bed in Feb24, got it very fast but arrived with wrong assembly pack and worst instructions, and could only half build bed. Contacted them ASAP, they said they'd send out assembly pack.... its now mid March and still chasing assembly pack to half built bed, while sleeping on mattress on the floor! Chased them by email and they went quiet, finally got someone on the phone, and told they would resend again. Appalling service.

Don’t buy. Bed frame does not match mattress. A big scam. Very bad customer service

Disaster from the start.
When order placed it says 10 working days for delivery and I would be contacted 48 hours before to arrange delivery time.
According to their own terms the bed should have been delivered on 20th of February. I tried ringing over 20 times and no one answers the phone. Rang the shop in the North to be told he couldn’t help me to keep trying the office.
I tried emailing several times, Facebook messages the lot and no reply.
Eventually got a call on the 20th saying delivery would be Monday the 26th. A couple of hours later get another call to tell me it will be 29th February. Asked for a delivery time window and was told they would call me 2 days beforehand. Surprise surprise no call. Again tried calling, emailing and Facebook messages and no response.
On Thursday the driver eventually called to say he was 30 minutes away. Nearly 2 hours later he arrived.
I questioned the colour when he arrived and he said no it’s silver even though I said it looks cream / brown in the packing. Needless to say when the bed was unpacked this morning in daylight the bed is cream / brown and not grey as ordered. Again tried contacting them on phone to no answer so another email sent but I don’t hold any hope on getting a reply let alone a resolution / the colour I ordered.

Exceptional service. Made an order last Friday, received a call to schedule delivery on Monday, and the bed arrived just 1 week later. I'm not sure of the guy's name but based off other reviews I think it was Kamy, who was so friendly and helpful and refused any offer of assistance. The bed itself was very reasonably priced and fantastic quality. Very satisfied with this service and will be recommending to friends and family!

Stay as far away as possible from this company. Delivery times were 2-3 weeks, my headboard had stains all over one side and the support beam for the ottoman bed frame was 6 inches too short so the bed was totally unusable. Live chat on the website couldn’t help at all, the phone line never answers and the only offer I got was another 2 weeks waiting on an exchange. Disgraceful customer service. Also keep an eye on their Facebook posts - they hide the negative comments. Shameful behaviour.

The delivery driver Kamy had to carry the parts of double divan bed with drawers and mattress and huge headboard down to my apartment block on his own from the main road and he was so nice about it. He explained how to put it together properly which made life easier. I am absolutely delighted with my bed it was exactly like the picture. Thanks Kamy

When he first visited, he was very polite and very helpful. My Apartment block could be hard to navigate round. But Kami found a way to do it very friendly and helpful. I ordered the wrong bed and he recommended another one which was perfect would definitely recommend

Exceptional service from Kamy!! As I’m a female living alone Kamy delivered the bed up the lift and right inside my apartment! The delivery driver Waheed was very friendly. The bed was great quality and I am delighted with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Bedworld.

Exceptional, second order from them and every bed will be from them. Last delivery of the day for the delivery man and couldn't have been nicer despite a longish walk/lift to to get to house.

Stay away from this crowd of scammers still waiting for my bed they won't answer the phone or emails and everytime I try to ring now it says busy very poor company please do yourself a favour and stay away 🙏

Great service from Waheed, service with a smile despite the many deliveries since early morning. He kept me updated and attempted to make an alternative arrangement when he thought I might not be at home. Waheed gave me the expected time of delivery and was there at precisely the time he stated. Prior to delivery, i changed the delivery date twice but was accommodated and given a new date without any problem. Thanks 😊

A good mattress, attractively priced and delivered on the day it was designated. Excellent service from Kamy who rang 10 days in advance to issue delivery date and then, on the day, texted 40 minutes before he arrived. Polite, helpful and lifted the mattress into the hall for us. Superb.

The delivery man refused to bring the mattress upstairs . This was not what we expected. The mattress is good quality and we are pleased with it but really stunned at his attitude. We’re in our 60’s and it was a real struggle to get the king size mattress upstairs . I may have posted this on the Uk website earlier so apologies for that .Perhaps this poor service is just in Ireland but it’s absolutely unacceptable .
