We bought a mattress from here and never again within 2 months there was a dip in the mattress .We try to contact bed world by email phone etc and no joy do not waste your money. We now have to go buy another mattress for the bed

We bought quite an expensive divan base which was stated as 180cm. What arrived was 184cm so wouldn't fit our bed frame. At first they stated a 3cm tolerance then changed it to 6cm when they realised 3cm wouldn't cover them.
Put plainly just not an honest outfit be very wary. UK based not Ireland and clearly not concerned about bad reviews. UK reviews are horrendous. Avoid at all costs would be my line.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Absolutely appalling quality, matress paper thin and soft but was meant to be medium firm. Atrocious customer service, don't follow european consumer centre rules. They are not in ROI even though they use a .ie website. Disgusting quality and service and should not be allowed to be in business. As a side note, check the UK reviews, are even worse then irish.

Introduced himself straight away but let us browse at our leisure. Very Knowledgeable about stock, delivery and comfort. Amazing prices too would definitely recommend A**

If I could give this company no stars I would. Atrocious customer service down to even the manager who I spoke to was awful. Do not order from this company . They are not in ROI even though they use a .ie website. You will be waiting weeks for the mattress and they don’t accept feedback at all. Avoid avoid avoid

Useless company, not Irish based even though they have .ie website, totally misleading. They ignored my comment when I purchased the mattress asking could they deliver before 2pm as I have work over the next 5-10 days and they rang me at quarter to 3 on the day of arrival saying they read my comment, ignored it and will be at mine at 3, obviously not being there I had to reschedule with them (they said I couldn't reschedule for the next day that I wouldn't receive it now for another 10 days!)

I organised my dad to come and help me for their next arrival and I ring them to find out their van broke down and I have to wait another few days for the mattress to arrive,

I asked for a full refund because they messed up twice for the delivery and they said there is 100euro cancellation fee, even though they still have the mattress, its still in their hands!

If you’re in need of a mattress and from Ireland, don't buy from this company! you'll be waiting far longer than the 5-10 days unless you have no job and can be available to collect anytime around their schedule.

Just had a bed delivered. My wife is on her own at home as I'm working and can't get off. The bed arrived and because we live in an apartment the delivery guy said he couldn't bring it into the apartment (small print or something). So now bed is out on the landing near the lift until I can get home in about five hours time. Could be stolen, vandalised anything. The apartment is about 20 feet away. Ridiculous. Don't order anything from these people if you live in an apartment.

I strongly advise against purchasing from bedworld.ie. Despite its Irish domain, they are actually located in Northern Ireland and registered there, which means consumers don't have the same legal protections afforded by EU law for the first two years. Upon making a purchase, you're effectively entering into a contract where you're only eligible for a one-year warranty. If you're still willing to proceed with a purchase from bedworld.ie, despite these caveats, I recommend using PayPal for payment, as it offers a 180-day window for refunds in case of any issues. Additionally, be mindful that the warranty provided is for one year, not the standard two years. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Infuriating experience. Delays, no communication, blaming Covid-19 in 2024. Would not recommend.

Great service, good prices and delivery in a couple of weeks. The service was amazing. Delivered on time and Kamy was very helpful in moving our new bed and mattress inside. Highly recommend these guys.

Took them a month to deliver. No assembly instructions included. No one answers the phone or online chat.

Great prices for mattresses, delivered to your door, Kamy gave updates when expecting to arrive at the location and lovely to deal with when bringing the mattress in very friendly and professional :) highly recommend, when needing a new mattress again this is where I'll be going .

2 June Email saying "Refund of £179" processed. Not according to my payment method!! So after 2 months they retain £39.00 for the pleasure of providing substandard items. Will I ever get the "refund" without further action being required?

DO NOT use this company!

Goods collected on the 6 April using their own Courier. NO REFUND issued. Given them 14 days notice today via email. If refund is not processed I will apply to Small Claims Court to obtain my refund.

DO NOT BELIEVE ADVERTISING!!!
Googled Assembled Bedside Cabinets and ordered from these. Did not say "Flat Pack" on the item. As a pensioner I am unable to assemble alone. Should have refused delivery!
Immediately contacted Customer Services to be told £79 x 2 Charge to return the 2 items.
Please be very wary when ordering from this company.
Update... Just spent 4 hours putting one item together to find precision cutting was out so item is defective. Not even going to attempt to put together the second item.
Absolutely unbelievable!!
