Stay well clear,got our single bed today with mattress and headboard.
The headboard doesnt match up with the holes on the bed very badly made products.
To top it off the delivery driver (certain hes the owner)pulled down our broadband overhead cable with his truck and drove off complete disaster.

Writing this purely on the interaction with our delivery guy Harry, absolute gent very nice to deal with and he was very helpful. Bed was exactly as order and in perfect condition

Very efficient .great communication and true to their delivery times . Driver so helpful and polite. Seemed happy to be doing his job and gave me follow up details . Great product also and excellent value .

I would just like to point out that when we spoke to the guy on line before we ordered it, he assured us it would also be assembled for us.. at no time was it stated that it was at an extra cost, the driver requested €60 reluctantly we paid the extra €60 assembly cost and asked for a receipt, the driver had no receipt book and said the company would issue it.
Bedworld would not issue this receipt and said it was nothing to do with them.. delivered in a bedworld van by bedworld driver, but apparently nothing to do with them.. my father is a sick elderly man and is trying to recoup some of the bed costs as it’s awful lot of money for a pensioner - and they won’t give a receipt that states the full cost.

Delivery took 14 business days, but the worse is that the ottoman bed broke as soon as set up. Thankfully it didn't fall on me.

I would not use this compnay. For delivery they organised specific time to deliver, between one and five pm (arranged a few days before due delivery date).

I took an afternoon off work to be there to collect at one pm. The delivery driver called me 11 AM to say he's outside and not waiting. Had to cancel the delivery. Told me it was the companys fault, nothing anyone can do. It took alot to organise that specific day and time to be home for when they had arranged.

Not all people Work from Home!!!! Use a different company.

No advance notification via any means to confirm bed was going to be delivered on Friday 6th (10 working days from the order date) until I mailed on the 5th to enquire when the deliver would be made. I had specifically asked for 48hrs + notice to allow to be available for the delivery. When I called the helpline the person on the other side tried to tell me that I had been mailed/texted (neither happened despite them having my correct details on file for both)
The revised delivery date for 13/12 was confirmed last Saturday via phone, day planned to suit and I have now received a mail to say that they can't deliver until 21/12.

Got our mattress delivery today from Bed World. Extremely happy with the quality. Excellent delivery service. The schedule of the delivery was almost to the minute. Very helpful and friendly delivery guys. Highly recommend this company.

If i could give this company a proper rating it would be 0/10. Was told delivery will be here in the afternoon and it only came at 10:40pm. No instructions on how to gas lift the bed at all have to figure it out myself. Im 8 months pregnant and the customer service is so useless especially for this amount of money. Bed was very poorly made too, parts of it were screwed on crooked. All you get with the bed is the parts and a receipt no instructions on how to gas lift, how to build nothing just screws and random parts

Firstly, I have never given a negative review on trust pilot before, as I believe it can be damaging to business, but I am so appalled by this company, I just couldn’t not write one. I purchased a mattress from them, it was terrible quality, so after many weeks backwards and forwards with email they said they would offer me a refund. They collected the mattress, but I never received my refund 23 days waiting. The communication is terrible, and they seem to think delivering to Ireland they can treat customers how they wish. I would never purchase anything from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was delivered the wrong bed frame (which also arrived broken) took me seven days to get an acknowledgement of them. They didn't seem bothered. Left me on hold for half an hour at a time. Wouldn't put me through to management. I am five months pregnant and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Please do not use this company I would nor recommend at all.

Bought a king size bed & mattress including headboard, very comfortable, quality of the headboard fabric wasn’t so great with the fabric freyed, very quickly delt with the issue, send out & collected defective one in a few days. Very pleased with my purchase. Whole process was very smooth sailing and simple. Will definitely recommend and keep in mind for future purchases.

Ordered a matress with delivery to Ireland with specific time frame as stated on order and website. Delivery was delayed, received a phonecall to say it was coming at a later date, no acknowledgement until I specifically said it was delayed and inconvenient. Significant disturbance as I had ordered it specifically for friends coming to stay, they couldn't change dates and ended up having to stay in a hotel. Advised that delivery would be the following Monday between 10-1pm. Took more time off to accept delivery. Unsurprisingly, the matress was not delivered between those times and had to call in for more time off work that day. Delivery driver later told me that he doesn't know how I was told those times.
A complete mess with regard to delivery times and customer service. No one answering calls/emails. Advised by customer care that delivery times can be delayed to some parts of rural Ireland-I Advised this is not specified on their website. So if you are buying from Ireland-be warned!!!!

Purchased an ottoman single bed, headboard and a memory foam mattress deal at a great price. Received a call a few days later with a delivery date. Everything was delivered on time and quality was exceptional with everything well packaged. I was worried reading some of the reviews but I had a really good experience with bedworld and would use them again.

Purchased a Utopia Blossom Sprung Memory Mattress from Bedworld on 3rd oct 2023.

On 12th oct 2024 I reported that it has sagged in the middle. Progressively worsening over the summer of 2024. Bedworld response on 14th is that it is out of warranty. Actual response " your warranty has expired on the goods so there isn't much we can do to help resolve the matter, very sorry about that.
" Maximum of 5 days outside warranty and mattress was sagging slowly over time.
Update on 17th Oct 2024.
When I tried to get registered company details to pursue in the Small Claims Court I received the following response.
"The company you ordered from in northern Ireland have closed down the store, here are their details:
BEDWORLD FACTORY SHOP LIMITED
Company number 11674910"
AND YET the online Bedworld.ie and Bedworld.net are still live on the Web and obviously accepting orders. the .net displays the NI address. BE VERY AWARE when you do business with Bedworld. ALSO their warranty is a useless as their product. I will continue to pursue this in the UK Small Claims Court where Express Beds Ltd are registered. Don't believe the Bedworld.ie is located in Ireland or NI.

In the small print you find out it is not an Irish company. It is UK. So therefore you have no consumer rights AT ALL!!!
In my case I ordered a bed and cancelled the order before it was even dispatched. That did cost me 79 Euros. Under European Consumer Law unthinkable. Think twice before ordering from the Brits.

So I spent 3 x times extra money on a mattress for my son as he has some health issues. There was trouble trying to get details of the mattress before I even purchased. I should have been weary at this stage but was struggling to find an alternative mattress elsewhere and decided to trust this company to deliver as advertised. I asked for email confirmation of the exact contents of the mattress as described to me when I rang because I was concerned it was not stated on the site. I never got the email when the mattress arrived it looks nothing like what I ordered, and still I cannot get the confirmation in writing of the contents which makes me very annoyed that I have indeed been sold a dud, it feels like there is zero latex in it. It looks and feels cheap. I will update when I investigate this matter further, I may need to open the mattress. Joseph furniture the manufacturer appears to be a Chinese company and looking at what I can find on them, I seriously doubt that if the latex is even in the mattress the it is Dunlop method (as advertised) and not some nasty synthetic fake foam! If this has happened to me as I suspect it has, I suspect it is a common practise of advertising one product but sending a different product altogether, not many people are going to open their mattress to see what's inside

I ordered a bed from BedWorld on July 22th with the promise of "10 working days delivery". The first delivery date (27/7) was missed because of a problem with the vehicle. Fair, these things happen. The bed was delivered on 2/8, still within the promised range.
The problem is that the wrong item was delivered. and some hardware was missing.
This was informed immediately via email and a replacement was going to be sent. It is now 16/08 and haven't received the replacement and there is no certain date for it. This company doesn't seem to care about quality control or customer service. I would not recommend buying from them.

My second time ordering from Bedworld. Delivery was on time. The same delivery driver (Waleed) both times very courteous and helpful.
