Be careful. I innocently made a mistake and purchased two identical items. I wanted to return one completely unopened item in original delivery packaging.
Return policy charges a 15% admin fee! No one else does this and if you add the lost shipping and return shipping they get a perfect item to resell and you get 50% of your money back. Be sure you are not going to return.
However they do listen to honest issues and respond positively

It was easy and quick to get on the Chatbot and get to someone who could help with the problem. I’m excited to recieve my product and even more excited they were able to get it at the discount I originally was buying it for at the time.

We live in a small town, and our post office DEMANDS we include a PO Box on all mail or it gets returned 'non-deliverable'.

For my daughter's birthday, I ordered a couple items from Beachwaver and had included my box. Orders appeared to go in fine, but within a day I was notified the order had been cancelled due to an aerosol spray that could not be delivered to post office boxes.

I contacted the company and asked them if they would simply remove the PO Box and we'd take our chances on delivery. Not only did they reissue the order, they honored the sale price I purchased it at, during a pre-black friday price! I am soo impressed with their customer serivce, the timeliness of their response, etc. I cannot wait to receive these products and surprise my daughter with them as she's been asking for a beachwaver for months! I will be a customer for life with this type of service!

I bought two Beachwaver Pro's for $99 each a few days ago. However, before receiving the products in the mail, I noticed the priced dropped to $79 each. I reached out to the company to inquire about the discount and was immediately refunded $40. The company responded promptly to my email and resolved the issue quickly.

They help me solve my problem right away. I really appreciate the customer service they gave.

Product was great however sent with no packaging only address label on box. This was a present for my daughter who saw the item.
