Worst business to deal with. I purchased batteries online but they were the wrong size. I requested a return of goods, received the return label and sent the batteries back in early December.
In early January I emailed the company requesting an update on my refund. I was advised someone was looking into it but now no one will respond to my emails.
After two months I assume I will not be receiving a refund.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from Batterymate, everything went great. Quality product, great price & quick shipping.

Dyson V8 Motorhead. This Dyson motorhead is amazing, just glides on our hardwood floor, great on carpets. We were considering getting a new Dyson but this has transformed our V8 into a new lease of life and with the replacement battery we purchased from Batterymate last year running time has never been better. We ordered on the 18th December 2024 and it was delivered in super quick time on the 24th December. I was not expecting this until after Christmas even early January given the time of the year. Awesome dealing with Batterymate.

The charger for my MacBook showed up promptly & works perfectly. I’m happy with my purchase.

Fast and good

In good faith, we supported an Australian business and bought a vacuum battery on December 15 with the promised 2 day delivery to Adelaide. We took into account a delayed delivery time due to Christmas, however when we requested an update on Dec 31 we did not receive an update until Jan 8 saying they would follow up with the courier. It's now been 16 working days since the order and no update has been provided. The company is refusing a request for a full refund. We will not use this company again and would have rated it no-stars, but that was not an option

Have purchased several replacement batteries for my Ryobi tools and all have outlasted the “genuine” Ryobi ones which only seem to manage 30-40 recharges.
Ordering was simple and delivery prompt.

Item was lost in transit, they promptly offered me alternatives & eventually full refund as item could not be supplied within my timeframe.

Great to work with & can thoroughly recommend them.

Comunications and delivery order process was fantastic. Unit is great. Mounting system a bit clumsy and not very versatile, I used another product to mount it, doesn’t do a vertical surface mount, only a dashboard.
Couldn’t connect to existing stereo via USB, only aux cord.
Not sure how the microphone works, maybe a external one might help.
Reverse camera hard wired, blue tooth would have been handy.
But overall a great improvement.

Placed an order and never recd it. They said they sent the order to the courier but courier stated pick up was unsuccessful. Have emailed the sender without a reply.
