BathroomsByDesign Recenzje

Chris from BathroomsbyDesign has been fantastic.
He's designed four bathrooms for me - none of which were straightforward - and each one required a great deal of creativity. Throughout the process, Chris has been incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He’s saved me countless hours by helping me find the right products, eliminating the need to visit multiple shops. Now, I simply share my criteria with BathroomsbyDesign, and thanks to their expertise, they consistently guide me to practical, well-suited solutions.

We dealt with Morgana and was super friendly and creative. Highly recommended.

Fantastic bathroom design by Stuart and team at the Richmond branch. We ended up with a beautiful bathroom at a fair price and had great service throughout.

In particular, Stuart was a stand out performer. He was very responsive to any questions or changes to design. He provided thoughtful design advice and a fair quote on materials.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for future projects.

We had an excellent experience with Bathrooms By Design and couldn’t be happier with the results. Rupert supported us right from the very beginning, using his expert guidance to help us design our dream loft en-suite bathroom. He listened carefully to our needs and made sure to stay closely within our budget without compromising on quality or style.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish — clear communication, attention to detail, and great customer service throughout. The final result is a stunning bathroom that has received countless compliments from friends and family.

We would highly recommend Rupert and Bathrooms By Design to anyone looking to create a beautiful and functional bathroom space.

From the very first consultation, Morgana at Bathrooms by Design stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Out of the five top companies I reviewed, she was by far the best designer I encountered. Her professionalism, deep knowledge of both products and styles, and her ability to translate my vision into reality were second to none.

Morgana consistently found the best deals without ever compromising on quality, offering exceptional value at every stage. She was super efficient, always ahead of schedule, and her attention to detail made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

What really sets Morgana apart is her outstanding customer care—nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication throughout was flawless. I can’t recommend her or Bathrooms by Design highly enough. If you’re looking for excellence from start to finish, look no further.

Stuart was extremely helpful and made sensible suggestions. This enabled me to visualise our new bathroom much more easily.

Sara has created for me a beautiful design and even though I was a bit difficult she remained strictly professional and accurate at all the time. They delivered everything on time and even tackled a few issues with extra effort and attention.

We worked with Hisham in Richmond to design our bathroom. The software he used was amazing and he was able to draw up and show a 3D view of our bathroom, working on lots of ideas, plus his experience and expertise. It was a great experience and a brilliant way to design a bathroom.

Though the sales process went well, as others have mentioned, the aftersales process was bad. They cancelled our ensuite bathroom glass despite it being specifically requested and the measurements sent for the glass to be ordered. This added on an extra 3 weeks to the process.

Bathroom by Design could not have given me a better service in 2019. Their helpfulness and flexibility, especially when items ordered and paid for needed to be returned as unsuitable once on site. This was never a problem and refunds were issued promptly. They designed and supplied my 2 shower rooms and I was very happy to find Chris Argles still at his desk today (09/06/25) when I needed to source the correct shower seat for my wet room. I was automatically given the same discount i received in 2019. Chris Argles also designed and helped my daughter through her bathroom renovations over the last 2 years. Very happy to recommend the whole team.

After purchasing my flat, I was disappointed to discover that both bathrooms had leaks. Given their age, I made the difficult decision to replace them entirely. It was a daunting prospect, as both bathrooms were originally well-appointed with quality sanitaryware and tiles, and had it not been for the leaks, I wouldn’t have considered changing them. I knew I needed replacements that were not just functional, but matched, or exceeded the existing standard.

From the very moment I walked into the showroom, Nina made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Her expertise, warmth, and attention to detail were apparent straight away. She guided me through the design process with clarity and creativity, making what could have been overwhelming feel exciting and completely manageable. Every question I had, every time I needed help or reassurance, Nina responded professionally, promptly, and with genuine care.

And the results? Absolutely stunning. The quality of the materials and the precision of the finish are nothing short of exceptional. Each bathroom now feels like a private retreat, every day I shower, it feels like I’m in a luxury five-star spa. Guests always comment on how beautiful and high-end the bathrooms look, and I couldn’t be happier. What started as an unexpected problem turned into one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Bathrooms by Design to anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Huge thanks to the whole team, and especially to Nina, for exceeding all expectations.

Amazing experience with the team at Bathroom by Desig in Fulham, special credit to Nina who guided my through the process effortlessly. I’d recommend this to my friends and family. Great service all round! Thank you!

Great service from start to finish. Stuart was very methodical and clear in his communication with us throughout, both in terms of what was possible in terms of design, and what could be done within the confines of our budget. Bathroom materials were all of very high quality. We LOVE the finished restoration! Would whole heartedly recommend.

I have recently had a bathroom designed and material supplied by bathroom by design. The front end design process was very good and would probably score 5 out of 5, it was fast and slick. However, I would score the delivery process 1 out 5, it was very poor. It felt like once the quote was done and paid for they lost interest in the project. So many thing went wrong, products not in stock, not delivered on time, delivered with damage. I wouldn't use this organisation again unless they significantly improved the back-end process.

I applied to Bathroomsbydesign at Richmond for a design to replace an inherited and antiquated bathroom with a more bespoke modern wet room. When I presented Hish with the dimensions and photographs of the bathroom he very quickly provided a design which met my needs. He also suggested local companies with a good track record of carrying out the designs proposed. I chose one of them and when I had agreed with the company a few on the spot adjustments to Hish's design he then produced a more precise design which became an accurate blueprint for carrying out the detailed work required.
In addition I bought a variety of bathroom equipment for the new wet room which Hish offered me at discounted prices and then stored without cost for two months until it was ready to be installed.

Great service.. Quick and considerate.
A blessing in this day and age! 😊

I used BathroomsbyDesign for the first time. We did a lot of research and visited other companies, but this company stood out clearly, both in terms of quality, design ideas, manufacturer options and a reasonable price . Nicky who attended to our project was excellent from the outset and helped see the completion of the project to our satisfaction. Her knowledge on the design layout, various manufacturers and combining that with her practical ideas, made sure the end result exceeded our expectations. She also helped us during the different phases , it was not just a sales approach and then to other parts of the company, she helped us through and through. I would recommend this company for sure and make sure you get Nicky to help you with your dream bathroom .

I have used Bathrooms By Design for a number of projects over the years and generally dealt with Chris. The bespoke design service is excellent and their knowledge of the wide range of manufacturers and their products means they can give a quality result at a competitive price. With their great selection of tiles, it really is a one stop shop.

V good design and visualisation. Helped us make the right decisions for a small space with limitations.

The staff were helpful throughout the sales and fitting process. We are very happy with our new bathroom.
