Compré un grifo y un calienta toalla hace más de un mes y sigo sin ellos aunque está pagado. Pero por política de la empresa no se quita un producto de exposición hasta que no llega la reposición lo que quiere decir que prima la compañía antes que un cliente, que en este caso insatisfecho

We purchased and paid in full for porcelain for our new bathroom and can’t
get an answer for when it will be delivered. We are told it is in the warehouse but now can’t even get a return phone call. It’s been several weeks and we are considering retaining an attorney.

Fantastic products - BUT if you actually want what you have ordered within any defined timescale - or any updates during the order process then go elsewhere. Still waiting for our bath 8 weeks after order (4-6 week delivery). It arrived in the warehouse last week, but zero contact about delivery since - even after chasing. Looking forward to it arriving one day :(
I hate complaining but feel like I have to to try and get our order sorted...

Rachel Camilleri was a lovely lady, very helpful, showed us different items for our needs and style, highly recommend.

Having wandered in without an appointment to get a view on what tiles might be good for our bathroom we left with a great quotation. Kate could not have been more helpful. She listened to us and gave us some sound advice. Not pushy in any way and made the whole experience enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as shopping can)

Maria Sanchez has been absolutely excellent. I am currently doing a huge patio of 100 metres sq - so it is important to get the right tile and the right colour. Because of a small rip in the box with unused tiles, they rejected and I lost multiple 100s.

Excellent sales experience, but extremely poor and inflexible aftersales.

I purchased a significant quantity of tiles from Porcelanosa (circa £3,000) for a renovation project. The showroom experience and sales support were very good, and the manager in-store was helpful throughout.

However, the returns process has been deeply disappointing.

Due to a design change, I returned a substantial number of tiles (including Santorini Bone and Deco Coral Top) which were unused, uninstalled, and fully intact.

The refusal appears to be based primarily on the condition of the outer packaging. The tiles were supplied in very thin paper-style wrapping rather than robust cartons, and in a normal construction setting some of this outer wrapping had come away. There was also minor surface dust consistent with a renovation environment, which was cleaned prior to return.

Importantly, the tiles themselves are in perfect condition and entirely usable.

Despite this, the return has been refused in full, with no consideration of the actual condition of the goods or any reasonable alternative such as a restocking fee.

I raised this with Magdalena and followed up with the manager Ricky, but the outcome remained a blanket refusal. This feels disproportionate, particularly for standard tiles that have not been cut, installed, or damaged.

For a premium brand, I would expect a more commercially balanced and customer-focused approach. A complete refusal based on outer packaging, where the product itself is clearly intact, is difficult to justify.

I have now raised this formally and am seeking a full refund. I hope Porcelanosa reviews this matter properly and resolves it fairly.

A strong sales experience should be matched by fair aftersales support—unfortunately, that has not been the case here.

I was looking for tiles that were already in my bathroom to add more but I was told that they were discontinued. I called Porcelanosa and spoke to Craig Prentice, who was very helpful and sourced the tiles for me at their main warehouse. I can't thanks Craig enough for his help he has saved me a lot of stress.
