batflipshop.com Recenzje

This may be the first online review I’ve ever written, but this company deserves a 5 star written review. I looked EVERYWHERE for a specific bat. The only website that had it was BatFlip. I used the chat feature on the site to inquire if this bat really was in stock (as it was out of stock on all other sites). I got a prompt reply that the bat was indeed in stock. I was still skeptical but went ahead with the payment. To my surprise (and my son’s delight) the bat arrived in approximately 10 days. Thank you BatFlip.

Bat was priced fairly and delivered faster than I expected!

I got my son's new bat cheap and it came in much faster than I expected

Product was available while many other more popular sites did not. Arrival of item was prompt.

Owner personally reached out to make sure I knew my order was a presale and approximate wait time. Wait time ended up being much shorter than what was expected and shipping was fast. I was so impressed by the hands on customer service of this company. I would absolutely recommend and they will have my continued business!! And my son is in love with his new bat!

Found a bat that I thought was sold out on batflipshop.com. Super quick shipping and fair price!

I was able to find my son a bat that was sold out everywhere else and I received it quickly!

Great customer service!!! We received catchers gear that was impossible to find anywhere else! I will be shopping here for all of my sons baseball equipment.

Incredibly fast turnaround of my order--shipped within hours and arrived earlier than anticipated.

They made sure my son received his new bat before Christmas. The bat was a high demand bat and they delivered-at a fair price point. They answered my email questions right away too! Great customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Batflip went above and beyond my expectations! It was very refreshing to see in a business. I will definitely shop here again!

I can not say enough about this company. They went over and above to make sure my grandson received his catchers gear in time for Christmas. He couldn't believe his eyes when he opened the present. Thank you Bat Flip Shop for making this the best Christmas ever.

It was a gift and I think that’s what he really wanted

Received the order in record time considering it was not available at other stores. This is my first time buying from batflip shop and I am very pleased with the service. I would buy from them with no concern in the future.

Great communications and getting my order before Christmas!

Great experience. I was able to pre-order my son’s bat during Black Friday. Even though it wasn’t promised before the holiday, it came yesterday. My son will be thrilled since he wasn’t expecting it until after the new year.

The owner went above and beyond to help me with making the right choice of bat sizes, finding and procuring an out-of-stock bat combo and timely correspondence through text messages. HIGHLY recommend this company!! Thank you.

Customer service was A++. I ordered a catcher's gear set for my daughter. Turns out, the one I ordered wasn't in stock, but the owner went out of his way to piece a set together from other places and fill my order correctly and quickly. Outstanding experience and will definitely use this company again!

Item was in stock just like they said and shipped same/next day. Received in 2-3 days
