Outstanding customer service! I received a text message immediately after placing my order to make sure I knew that the item I had ordered was a pre-order. Communication continued for the couple of weeks until my bat arrived. Will definitely shop here again!

Good price! Quick communication and shipping. Thanks!

Old fashioned customer service. This company is what all companies should strive to be. Easy 5 stars.

My package came safe and protected and fast. (I WILL SHOP HERE AGAIN)

This company sent me the wrong size at first but when contacted was very helpful right away and resent the correct size plus more items. My son was very pleased with all the items sent. I will be purchasing from this company again in the future.

Once again, another great experience with Bat Flip.

Steve is fantastic! He will text you and work with you all the way through! We used him first for my son's helmet, then came back to order helmets for our league, all wonderful customer service and the helmets are great as expected.

Great communication to confirm helmet before shipping. Shipped very quickly after order placed. High quality product.

The entire shopping experience was great, the customer service was 5 star, excellent, from start to finish, the whole experience from purchasing the product (bat) to the timely status when product is shipped and expected date of delivery, all 5 star!

This shop is wonderful to work with. I’m already looking at buying another bat from them. The owner is kind and helpful.

Our family was going through a hard time due to an illness in the family and struggling financially. My son desired a new bat for his birthday and Bat Flip Shop came though with flying colors. They went above and beyond and sent batting gloves and arm sleeves as well. This company truly puts people first and goes above and beyond with their compassion and generosity. The items were shipped just in time for my son Birthday as well. 4 Stars.

The order arrived quickly and the product was exactly the size and color ordered. My son has already used the gear at practice and he loves it.

The customer service is great. We had a problem with the delivery And they got it addressed right away.

Just ordered another bat. Picked up another axe bat and again amazing customer service. Steven was responsive to my questions, directed me to the best option, and got it handled quick. Love bat flip shop!! will continue to oreder our bats through them

From the selection, Price, shipping and sheer joy of seeing my daughter open her first real softball bat....star experience.

Batflipshop was awesome to work with. We unfortunately ordered a bat that sold out and was no longer being manufactured. Batflipshop reached out and offered us any bat we wanted as a replacement for the inconvenience. The bat shipped in excellent condition expeditiously!

Communication from you was great really appreciated the insite and help.

These guys were top notch. I ordered a voodo -3 and it was on backorder and my son was going to FLORIDA with highschool so they let me switch to a catX and they sent it out ASAP because he was leaving in 7 days.....at no extra charge. Kudos to them and consider using them

Excellent customer service! I was always able to chat with somebody about my purchase. Highly recommended.
