terrible customer service and delivery times sucks
i have ordered a couple of items such as the texture powder and clay from based and the delivery time and product condition was exceptionally good, however my ‘recent’ (2nd April, more than a month ago) order of the sea salt spray, which i was hoping to pair it up with the clay, there has been no emails or reply back on whether the product is even in stock let alone being delivered to my house. i am quite shocked at the recent lack of customer service as i have continuously tried to contact them for this one product even though i have long awaited nearly 1/2months. However i do not have any incentive or grudge against this company as they’re products are genuinely good but they’re delivery time and customer service really sucks

I order my Based products April 30 and…
I order my Based products April 30 and arrive May 11 today, I was surprised it came this early I was expecting to arrive around may 15-17 and overall the products are the best ever hair products I ever used such as perfect use, healthier ingredients, and the one main reason I love it is that it makes my hair so fresh and that’s what I need in my hair. I really recommend Based bodywork.

It said my package was going to arrive Saturday May 9th, I ordered it May 3rd, it still hasn’t arrived and it’s May 10th. When I go to the shop app to track my order it tells me my package still hasn't been shipped.

Got the shower duo + skin revival spray. The shampoo and conditioner works so well and really leaves my hair feeling clean and hydrated after every wash. The skin revival spray cleared up my redness and stopped any breakouts on my face. Works amazing!

Great experience with based clay
