Heard it’s a good product from social media. Ordered a package and it’s been over a week with no information on shipping. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times and although they say they get back to you in 24 hours, it’s been over a week and yet no responses. Order #1335734. Maybe this is the only way we get a response by submitting on this forum similar to other people with same issues.
Update to reply- I have never received any email communication. I also never ordered any hair clay so I’m not sure how that would have affected my order.

I put in an order for my grandson on the 5th of April. I received a confirmation email but that’s all I have. Shocking service. No response to my emails. £90 down wouldn’t recommend them to anyone 🤬. I can confirm I now have a refund from Based bodywork’s. Thank you very much.

I'm 95% confident this is a fraudulent business or a serverly mismanagement business. I placed an order on 5/3/2026. The site gives no shipment tracking information and redirects you to a 3rd party app to get the USPS tracking number. In the year of 2026, its unheard of (of course until now) that a business can't provide a tracking #. Also, after downloading the 3rd party app, there's zero tracking information available. I've emailed their support, their automated response is not to email them again. Seems like an indicator that this happens often.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I honestly cannot believe that in the age of AI and advanced technology, customer service can still be this awful. I placed an order almost 10 days ago and have received absolutely no real updates, no responses, and no way to contact an actual human being. The only emails they seem capable of sending are nonstop sales and promotional spam.
At this point, I genuinely question whether this is even a legitimate business. The complete lack of communication, transparency, and accountability makes the whole experience feel sketchy and borderline scam-like.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away.

Placed order No 1329024: Conflicting Info; No Delivery; No Response
Placed order No. 1329024 on May 6. On May 12 received a BASED email saying my "Order is on the Way." I tried to track the order. On May 13 UNIUNI tracking number said "label created." Nothing about order being shipped. I tried SHOP tracking also on May 13. It said order had been delivered two hours earlier. This is false. I have video of post office delivery person delivering another package, not anything from BASED Bodyworks. I emailed Based Bodyworks, using messaging on website on May 13. Today is May 14. No response as yet at 4:26 p.m. I went on SHOP app again. This time, SHOP said order has been fulfilled, but not yet shipped by BASED and has not reached delivery warehouse. This is my first order with BASED Bodyworks, and it will most likely be my last. Shipping and tracking information is either nonexistent or conflicting. Where is my order? When will I receive it? So far, terrible customer service. If no response and no delivery of my order, for which I paid, I will report to my credit card company for full refund.

Terrible logistics for European customers
I placed an order last Friday and paid extra for DHL Express and 3 business days later the status is still stuck on “Order Placed” and it hasn’t even been packed yet
Paying for express shipping is pointless if the warehouse needs almost a week just to touch the package before DHL even gets it
For a „premium” brand this level of service is honestly disappointing
If you want to see how international shipping to Europe should actually work take a look at iHerb because their logistics are on a completely different level
Can I at least get an update on order #1331405 and an explanation for the delay
