A honest review on this brand
so you see, the products quality and efficiency is the best out there, the brand is really cool and majestic, the hype is deserved but.. you might wonder why i gave 4 stars instead of the 5 deserved but you might know that unless your in the usa your delivery is going to take ages. and guess what? that happended to me too. order delayed 2 times. im flaggerbasted. i mean the products r so good its worth the wait but now we also got delays??? i ordered on the 4th of may now its the 26th it was predicted for the 20-22. this isnt good. i know its not theyr fault and its the shipping company fault (i already left 1 star) but i’m putting 4 stars to incourage based to change theyr shipping company. even if its more expensive, its just not worth it man the wait is killing me its killing the hype.

Who knows when you'll get it
Their website will tell you it ships within one day but it has been 6 days and my order still has not shipped so I emailed them and it took them two days to get back to me. They told me basically rest assured it will ship within the next week and basically to kind of just deal with it. It came across like the responses were AI generated. Bottom line I asked them to cancel the order because I just don't like the dishonesty and the uncaring attitude. For what the products cost they need to do better. Yeah the teenagers like it because it's viral or whatever and I was getting it for my son. But he'll learn to use something else that works just as good or better.

Worth the hype
I tried basedbodyworks for the first and I’m genuinely impressed. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner duo, skincare duo, deodorant duo and texture essentials! The products feel high quality, non toxic and have already given me great results. Horrible service, horrible shipping
My order is Order #1353213. Shipping takes for ever it’s been almost a week and still haven’t even gotten order details. I have asked the support email multiple times to cancel my order but all they say is we will connect you to a team to help you. If you could guess what happened? The team response I’ve gotten everyone has not gotten back to me. I don’t recommend. Horrible customer service.

BASED BODYWORKS NEVER RESPONDS VERY IMPORTANT READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT BUYING. Ok so, I ordered based body works on 1st of may and they promised me an absolute max of 14 business days, it was 10 business days in and I emailed them because they hadn’t updated me what so ever since I bought it, they didn’t respond. So then I went on trustpilot, wrote a review, and I got a same day response, they wrote back and said, give me your details, I gave them the details, no response, then finally 14 business days after may 1st, the day it was supposed to arrive, was the day it just got shipped, I trusted this, because I’m permanently leaving this country very soon, and it went from a max of may 20th to June 9th, I am sick of based bodywork’s. (ALSO YOU WILL SEE ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS AND THEN THEY WILL ACT ALL SORRY IN THE TRUSTPILOT RESPONSE AND ALSO ACT UNDERSTANDING THEN COMPLETELY IGNORE YOU.

We were able to locate your order and found that the shipping address provided was incomplete and did not include a street/building number, which prevented the package from being dispatched.
We also attempted to contact you regarding the issue, however our emails were unfortunately bouncing back as undeliverable.

Shipping times
I placed my order on May 8th, and the website indicated that shipping would take 3-5 business days. I bought the hair clay and pomade for prom on the 16th hoping it would come considering that I live in California, where the warehouse is located, the shipping should have taken approximately 2 days. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for my order, and prom has already passed me by. I am left wondering the purpose of ordering if I will receive my products in the summer, when school has already ended.
