Bought on May 29th and still no information at all about what happened to the products? #1376613

Placed TWO orders. Neither one was delivered to the correct address let alone state. One was sent to New Mexico and the other to Austin Tx. I live in Ohio. Laughable. Read the reviews and take them serious before placing an order. It is a headache from the start with this company. If your child wants the product that bad go through Amazon or another third party. This is not a reliable company for individual orders.

Responding to Based's recent feedback. Interesting because I submitted a request to your company via email but it appears this was answered here before answering the actual email email. I've already submitted the request and due to privacy reasons don't want to display order numbers etc here. I will update this review once my email is responded to.

It was great I got my products in about a week. And I talked to a support agent and they were polite and solved my problem quickly the only thing I would change is the pancaking packaging wasn’t the best the box was broken and the bottles were pilled up like if they were js trowh in there

I placed an order with them about two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received any information about my shipment, even though their website says otherwise. Judging by the reviews, it seems I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. My order number is #1376549. I would like you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am reaching out regarding an order I placed on May 14, 2026, which included 2x curl cream and 2x leave-in conditioner.
It has now been nearly a month and I have not received any shipping confirmation or update on my order. I have already attempted to contact you previously but unfortunately did not receive a response.
I would like to know the current status of my order and when I can expect it to be delivered. Please get back to me as soon as possible, as this delay is becoming unacceptable.

We have used Based before and they have great products. This time the order wasn’t shipped as fast due to one of the items being out of stock. The customer service when I contacted them were fantastic and refunded the item so our item can be shipped the only reason I knocked a star off is I think that information should be provided when placing the order rather than me having to chase. However it won’t stop me ordering from them as they rectified it immediately!

Needed to have my order canceled and refunded and got a response within like 10 minutes

Have to say I love the products but for some reason I ordered the complete curly kit bundle and it’s been delayed for 5 days and I ordered it may 31st

It's been 15 days and I then complained about shipping and they said they forgot to pack my order and that they will do it soon I was planning on taking them on holiday but now with the delayed shipping I can't and I'm not happy

Customer service was great when I called about a potential problem. The product arrived fairly quickly and worked great for my hair.

Ordered my items, cancelled as I no longer needed them. Got my refund. They still arrived A few weeks later and I was happy to return the items but I was told to keep them. I truly am thankful for letting me keep the products for free. Very pleased with customer support as it was quick and easy.

month for me to receive my order and it was over 2 weeks for them to just dispatch the items from the warehouse as contacted after the fact that this was delays.

Bought a clay and some other items the clay is a brick it hurts my fingers when trying to get any product, have been contacted and been refunded the clay which I was quite happy with which shows that they do care. Just a pitty that the product was a bit of a let down.

As far as the other products they are pretty good haven’t had enough time yet but will update my review afterwards. but customer service during delays and dispatch really does let it down as you have to contact them when really it should be the other way around.

The prodocts are very good

I ordered £95 worth of products for my teenage son on the 28th of May, I have received zero information as to whats happened to my order, all I got was a confirmation email regarding my order. In this day and age surely it doesn't take 2 weeks for someone to recieve there goods!! Absolutely shocking customer service!! My son has his high-school dinner dance this week and was looking forward to using these products, now looks like they won't be arriving. Shocking service and I will be looking for a refund!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Its been like 11 days since I ordered and my order hasn't even shipped despite what they say about it being ready for shipping in 3-5 days
Contacted support twice and they said that they restocked and are prioritizing orders affected from a temporary inventory issue. Has been multiple days since that email passed. No shipping updates other than confirmed may 26. order number #1370469
