I wish there was a 0 star! This company is outrageous. I ordered my product nearly two months ago and have received nothing. The company continuously ignore my emails chasing delivery. They have basically just taken my money! Do not order from this company unless you want to be completely ripped off!

wtf is the problem? I received an email saying one of my 2 orders was shipped. when I check on shipping status - all it says is "shipped." No idea of when or if it will arrive. and no info on the 2nd order at all.

The order (Order #1394201) was placed on 7th June 2026 and still hasn't been received. The person who was meant to receive the product will be leaving from Chicago on Wednesday, 17th June by 4 p.m. local time. And beyond that, the products are useless as they were a gift. Can you please expedite the products and deliver them today? Thanks.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. My order was never delivered to my address, yet customer service keeps insisting it was delivered. The package was shipped to Vancouver, while my shipping address is in Ontario—over 5,000 km away. Despite multiple emails explaining the issue, they continue to ignore the fact that the delivery address does not match my order. Very disappointing customer service and no resolution provided.

Shipping and Customer Support is terrible.
The shipping time is absurd. It’s been 11 days, and the package hasn’t even been shipped out. The usual shipping time is 3-5 days. I reached out to customer support, and they responded once, stating that the package was ready for shipping. However, it’s still not shipped! I reside in Alabama as well, and spending nearly $100 on shampoo, conditioner, and hair elixir for it to take over ten days is simply unacceptable. For all those who had to wait an entire month, I sincerely hope that you receive more products in your order. Based on my experience, it’s one of the worst customer support encounters I’ve had. I inquired about the delay, and I was completely ignored. It’s as if they told me to email them, only to promise that it would arrive and then completely disregard my concerns when I was actually worried.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a package over a month ago and still have not received it.
According to the delivery photos provided by UniUni, the package was left on the ground in a location where it was easily accessible. When I went to retrieve it, it was already gone. It appears that the package may have been stolen after being left there.
My biggest frustration is that I waited over a month for this order, only for it to be delivered in an insecure manner. I understand that shipping carriers handle deliveries, but as a customer, I expect the companies I buy from to use reliable shipping services and ensure packages are delivered safely.
I paid for a product and never received it. Based Bodyworks should seriously review its shipping and delivery process because customers should not have to worry about whether they will actually receive the items they paid for. I hope the company takes steps to improve this situation for future customers.
