Very good company to deal with. Very efficient and helpful only one slight downside would be the constant chasing, Even after being told that i would reply i kept receiving phone calls. Slightly pushy which did make you lose a star but on the plus side i received a very very good deal and would recommend

As one of a committee of volunteers looking after our village pre-school we have very little time & resources to search for great utility deals. Kerry Reddy & her colleagues have been helpful & attentive for several months. Kerry even called us with a better deal after we thought a new contract has been agreed, she managed it all.
There are occasionally a few too many calls 'just to confirm things' & we were contacted quite a few months before the end of our contract, but I guess that's just the nature of their business, getting in their before anyone else!

Keeran has been helping my company seek the best Gas and Electricity deals since 2012 to date, saving our company thousands of pounds. I have always found staff at BAS pleasant to deal with especially Keeran, who is very knowledgeable of the energy market. I would not hesitate to deal with both BAS and Keeran when our energy contracts come up for renewal.

Shantal was very helpful and professional although a little persistent in her approach.....

Chene has been brilliant in fully explaining everything and walking me through the process, makes life much easier

Still went ahead and tried canceling my running contract early (potentially giving me a large bill for leaving early) then after i clear that up i get Another email saying my contract is now live after numerous phone calls trying to sort this out.

If this review is posted will this finally be heard? It isn't hard to understand that I am not joining your company. Now i won't out of principle.

EDIT - enquires made with this company were made with someone with NO authority with this company at all. Not even secretary rights. Therefore fully invalidating all.

Ive been a 'customer' for nearly a year, and it has been a complete nightmare. Their 'customer journey' consultants are a complete waste of time.
I still do not get invoices for my accounts showing my correct customer name. I did not get any gas invoices at all - until they gas service came to disconnect me and I started dealing with them directly.
BAS create huge amounts of paperwork to get you as a customer...
and then do very little to resolve problems you may have.
Not at all impressed!

Having contacted BAS some 4 mths ago to change our supply from Npower to who they said was the best price SSE for 11/08/15. They did not sent the termination letter, and on the 11/08/15 i called them to tell them it had not changed and why. On the 12/08/15 i got an email from them saying some thing had gone wrong and Npwoer would not let us leave. outstanding bill etc..... , it was NO TERMINATION LETTER that was the problem. Now we are out of contract paying a small fortune for our electricity.

It is now 12 day since your last email, there is only one reason why our switch from NPower did not happen. Your team did not sent the termination letter to them!
I have not had an update as to what is happening since your last email of the 12th August, is this how you do business! We are a very small business and costs are a very big issue for us and paying out of contract rates for electricity is one we can not afford. So what are you doing and how are you going to put this right? One very unhappy customer!

Virtually all of my dealings have been with one individual - Lee-Ann Milne who could not be more helpful. The necessary paperwork and emails are always handled promptly and efficiently by Lee-Ann and her colleagues.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Business Advisory Services to assist you with your Utility bill negotiations..

Good personal Service tailored to our needs

Staff are genuinely helpful and take most of the hassle out of obtaining a reasonable deal out of electricity suppliers.

For customers without a phone deal it can be expensive to contact BAS on an 0845 number -- I would very much prefer a standard rate number.

After 18 years with British Gas, I was persuaded by one of your reps to switch to EON. I was assured that I would pay considerably less by switching my electricity account (£80 per month rather than £100). In actual fact, after just a few months, EON have asked met to increase my Direct Debit to £131 per month! This is due to my account being in debit. With British Gas I was always in credit, so much so that they twice made refunds to me. I complained to EON and they were extremely helpful in their explanation and it was made clear that the quote from your company was never going to be accurate.

Started with one very good agent who has moved on. Now I am left dangling as the appointed agent will not ring when asked.

I've used this service for several years now. They get in touch when a renewal us due and do everything. I've never used another similar so can't compare but certainly value their service

I have dealt with two members of the business advisory service team during the last five years and am currently working with a third. All of these people are very personable and extremely helpful. They take control and the service is timely.
