Useful service sometimes
I find the bad very useful in getting quotes
I don't really think that they are always working in the customers best interests
Perhaps there is a commission issue
Also
They do hound you a lot about renewals even when they're not due

Excellent trustworthy service
They must be on commission but this service appears to be non-partisan and twice secured us the very best deal with the minimum of effort from ourselves. Polite and efficient, I would thoroughly recommend them.

too much contact
the service initially received was good, they achieved what I expected and was initially pleased, however ever since I signed up all I have had is constant emails and phone calls. its good customer service but just too much contact.

Worry free
Don't have to think about when our contract is up for renewal or shop round for the best rate. BAS just takes care of it all.

Good initially but then too pushy!
Good prices for gas and electricity, but too pushy regarding wanting further business for our telecoms contracts which we have told them on numerous occasions are not due for three to five years!
